Nostalgic stay as time stood still. Wake up, walk, eat, spa and repeat. Friendly neighbourhood and very understanding host. Enjoyed the simple breakfast and fresh air.

Really cool area with lots of history. Unfortunately it is kind of on the decline, lots of abandoned buildings. Really beautiful area and the hot springs is relaxing after a day of hiking. For parking, I wouldn’t drive up the hill, park at the bottom and walk up.

It only takes a few minutes to walk from the train station, and it is undoubtedly a good place to stay for friends who want to go to the scenic area of Sun Moon Lake.There are many historical streets near the station, so it is convenient to go around, but it is far from attractions such as the airport and fresh water.Overall, it's still a very good youth hostel ~

It was a comfortable place to spend the night and explore the lake the next day. Very easy to find and very close to the market in the town. Bike friendly as I was allowed to park my bike inside, they even have two bike stands. Shared bathroom and toilets were so clean. Definitely recommend.

Check-in was very easy. Despite sharing the room with many other guest it was very calm and the I got excellent sleep quality. Good location in walking distance to the shopping disctict and lakeview. Definitevely recommended.
