Large house with 2 masters suites. Modeled after HGTV Dream House 2015. Large piece of property near ocean and Edgartown center. Clean, sunny with a large custom table on screened in porch which is attached to gourmet kitchen- great area to watch the bunnies, turkeys, deer. Masters have own TVs and one has private deck. Outdoor shower, outdoor kitwo living rooms, each has a TV. Katama is the most requested area to rent - close to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Bikes available as is bike trailer

New dog-friendly 5-BR home. Steps from the beach!

New Luxury home, 500 yards to warm Nantucket Sound Beaches, AC, WiFi, Linens, deck, fully fenced, parking 4 cars, dog allowed The house is excellent for several families vacationing together. There is a one spacious master bedroom suit (king size bed) with a full bathroom on the first floor. The second floor features four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms has two queen size beds another two bedrooms has 4 twins.

This 1800 square foot Ranch-style Condo with loft was built in 2018 and is set on a large nicely landscaped lot with plenty of room inside and out. It has 3 bedrooms and a loft and sleeps 9. It’s a 20-minute walk to the Edgartown village center, a 10-minute walk to Morning Glory Farm, and just a 10-minute drive to South Beach! All updated furnishings, beds, linens, appliances. Bright and sunny, beautifully furnished townhouse in oceanfront Yachtsman resort in Hyannis. 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath, bonus room on the lower level. Amazing ocean view, private deck. Private beach, meticulously landscaped grounds. Walk to private beach, Hyannis marina, historic Main St. Breathtaking ocean views! Pool is open Memorial day to Labor day and only on weekends in June.
