Holiday rentals with breakfast in Napier

Absolutely stunning, beautiful location and so peaceful. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, great showers etc. A really useful guide book detailing lots of local recommendations in the property. Thank you!

Had an amazing stay, will definitely be our 'go to' accommodation in Napier. Clean, tidy and clutter free! Had everything we could think of/need. Even though Della lived up stairs, you couldn't hear anything through the ceiling which was great! Della was very welcoming, even took our dog for a morning walk while she was taking hers! Husband gave great eating recommendations. I wish I knew Della had a hairdressing business close by as would have booked in for some pampering while we were there 😄

Lynne's place is absolutely beautiful and was even more amazing in person. All the rooms were really comfortable and had AC/heatpumps. The kitchen was well equipped and had cooking basics. The place was really clean when we arrived and check in was easy. It is a lovely peaceful area but still close and walkable to central Havelock. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the late-century family home right at the beach front. It was extremely peaceful and although the beach wasn’t safe for swimming it wasn’t too far to get to Waipatiki or the Napier town beaches. The views are absolutely stunning - day and night! The home is very specious and flooded with sunlight. Highly recommend to experience it yourself 🤗

Our stay at Endsleigh Cottage was wonderful; it had everything we needed and was situated on gorgeous grounds with a genuine old world charm.

Great stay at Silke and Diane's Red Shack....it was so clean and tidy with very comfortable beds and everything you needed for a nice stay. Can highly recommend staying here and it was a pleasure dealing with Silke and Duane...thanks again guys!

The accommodation was beautiful, amazingly well appointed, and beautifully clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the welcome basket on arrival. Margie was communicative, helpful, and friendly throughout. There was construction work going on nearby beyond allowable hours the first night and Margie got this resolved immediately and we we're super impressed and grateful for her proactive approach which resolved the issue for the rest of our stay. Truly excellent all round, thank you!

We tucked in for a fabulous 4-week stay at Keri’s place! The apartment is beautiful—centrally located in the CBD, easy walk to Marine Parade, groceries, restaurants, shopping, and the Art Deco scene. Keri is a top-notch host! She is easy to communicate with, offering helpful recommendations for sightseeing, food, etc. Upon arrival, we instantly felt “at-home”in the spacious/comfortable space and were so grateful for the farm-fresh starter provisions provided. Keri knew we were keen to cycle the extensive Hawke’s Bay cycle trails. She went above and beyond to support us with suggestions & bikes. Chambers on Emerson is an outstanding AirBnb with hosts offering a very personal touch.

This accommodation is perfect for a few days in Napier, if you have a car. It is situated right opposite the bay, and a short drive to the centre of town and has all the facilities you need. Shelley Is friendly, but not intrusive. The apartment is thoughtfully designed, clean and comfortable. We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Our stay here at Lianne and Blake’s was a wonderful break. Quiet, yet close to everywhere you could wish to explore in the Hawkes Bay. The cottage is well fitted out and the addition of delicious fruit from their own trees was incredibly thoughtful. Would come back in a heartbeat

This is a must stay Air BnB! We were blown away with the amenities, comfort, location and more. Such lovely hosts, great communication, easy check in and great recommendations around the area. Walking distance to town, close to delicious food and cute cafés. Great view and lovely seating areas to soak it in. We will be back, we had the very best time!

Lana and Steve's apartment is very modern, extremely clean and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable, even a spontaneous additional night was no problem and uncomplicated. The flat is very new, there is enough space, a super nice and fully equipped bathroom. You can sit outside on your own terrace in peace and quiet, and the kitchen has everything you need. We had a great stay with Barb, her house really felt like home and Napier is such a cute city. Barb is the best host, the king bed is OUT of this world and everything was very clean and comfortable. Next to that there are nice facilities for children. Only sidenote: if you travel with a baby that has grubby little hands, all the cozy decoration items will keep you busy.

We had a fantastic stay. Craig and Lynne are excellent hosts and the cottage is beautiful in a stunning garden. Breakfast and ‘snacks’ are a real treat, thank you. We’d love to come back.

This modern cottage is the perfect place to spend a few days in Havelock North, and is less than a five minute walk to the village. A spacious living/sleeping area, with an equally spacious bathroom and wonderful walk in shower. It is in a very peaceful location, with the cottage set at the back of a beautiful garden and well off the road. Trish & Don are lovely hosts, great with communication, and add plenty of home touches including providing continental breakfast, offer of e-bikes, and fresh figs from the fruit trees. we spontaneously decided to stay in the Havelock North region for one night and found Janes place on Airbnb. When we arrived, we were impressed by the location and view and enjoyed the calm and beautiful surrounding. the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and joyful stay.

A beautiful sanctuary tucked in a quiet leafy street of Havelock North. It is a relaxing haven, within a short distance of the shops and eateries of the village. Grahame and Jenni are exceptional hosts, providing excellent communication and information. Once you arrive you will find them to be very friendly and helpful and your accommodation is beautiful, immaculate, comfortable and inviting. They pride themselves on their gourmet breakfasts (included in the price) and the food and presentation will certainly one of the highlights of your stay. Highly recommended!!

Wow! It was so lovely to stay in this period property in beautiful Napier. Yvonne and Steve were super hosts; friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It felt very comfortable in their company. Breakfasts were great, healthy and filling. I loved the leaf green tea. Charles loved Steve’s famous morning coffee. It was like being back to nature but with everything on your doorstep. Thoroughly recommend.

My friend’s and I stayed at Chris’ Airbnb for the weekend, and we had such a great time! Chris and her husband were warm and welcoming – they even surprised us with freshly baked muffins and rocky road, which was such a sweet touch. The place was spotless and cozy, and we loved relaxing in the spa in the evening. The location was super convenient too, with shops just a few minutes away. We really appreciated the balance of feeling right at home while still having our privacy. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would 100% choose to stay here again if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend!

What a gem! A lovely old fashioned bed and breakfast with very kind hosts. The house is like a big treehouse in the middle of a jungle. Very good parking slots, small but lovely rooms, solid breakfast with fresh fruits. I enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it for a night or two.
