We had an amazing experience staying at Adriana's place. From the beginning, she was extremely attentive and helpful. When we had an issue with the refrigerator, it quickly provided a new one, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. The house is wonderful, well-equipped and very cosy. We felt at home from the first moment. I strongly recommend this place for those looking for a quiet and pleasant stay. We'll definitely be back in the future!

The house is just like in the ad, it accommodated well 9 people, quiet place, easy access to Lagoinha beach by car, or a brisk walk, there is a market nearby as well. Attentive Host, you've provided all the information you need.

Beautiful house, extremely clean, large and airy spaces, kitchen and barbecue area very well equipped, pleasant outdoor area favoring the integration of all. A note only for the bathroom of the en-suite that the shower is falling very little water, but it did not hinder the success of our stay. We will be back for sure.

Very good, very well decorated, spacious and airy house. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 suites, and 2 more bathrooms. Villa has a newly renovated ground floor room with wheelchair accessibility and accessible bathroom as well. All rooms are air-conditioned well. The kitchenware and furniture are antique, but nothing that gets in the way of use. The beach is very close, about 100 meters, very quiet to go on foot. The neighborhood is quiet and safe even in the carnival. The beach is very calm, zero waves, warmth. But the water is cloudy, half muddy, perhaps by the river that flows there. It should be different from the part of the condominiums on the same beach, which is on the other side, far away, where you can't walk with children. In the neighborhood there is a marina, which produces a traffic of intense vessels, many tractors pulling these boats. The sunset on this beach is phenomenal. Marcio is an excellent, polite and helpful host. Anyway, I highly recommend the house, it exceeded my expectations!!

Leide is communicative and very attentive. About the stay everything was great and we had no problem at all. The house is beautiful, very well-equipped, the rooms are comfortable and the pool area is amazing. From to see the whim in every corner of the house. I recommend it and plan to come back!

Pedro's place is beautiful, has a beach house vibe mixed with interior. The house is very large, all the rooms are super new and with air conditioning. It sits inside a condo, where employees are super attentive. It is very close to Dura beach, about 8 minutes walking. And there is an exit from the condominium that gives access to the beach through the runway. We had a small problem with a knob that came out, but Pedro promptly offered us help. About the distance the house not so close to the center of Ubatuba, so it's more for those who like quieter environments and connect with nature. It had towels and bed linens.

Incredibly comfortable house located near Maranduba as the listing says. Wonderful and relaxing hydromassage! The fully careful hostess, always took care of our well-being and safety and was always at your disposal for any questions that might arise during the stay. We can say that it was 11 quiet and fun days.

Good house, beautiful and in a quiet place. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. We were at 6 and on the dining table there are only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some cooking utensils such as cups of tea. Because they had 2 children in the group and in the holiday mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the floor of the room and supporting the plate on the coffee table. It was not a surprise as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it could be an important point. We can't use the jacuzzi because it takes a long time to warm up and can't start with the house's electric shower as the di-junctor falls. When we came back from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and take the sand out of the body before entering the jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on for a long enough heat. With the cold water, no one entered, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to correct this.

The house is very spacious, well organized, it has a jacuzzi in the external area in the background, very beautiful and comfortable space. Large rooms and spacious bathrooms tb. Spacious barbecue grill, kitchen and living room! It is 2 blocks walk to a busy street with restaurants and bars in Juquehy we like it a lot! It was very receptive to the animals (2 dogs) we took, we have nothing to complain about! Thank you Lucas!

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The house is very good, clean, very well maintained, all clear, spacious and pleasant. Beds with great mattresses. Well-equipped kitchen. We love everything in the house. The neighborhood is simple but quiet and easy to access the main lane to the beaches. Very close to the Hipermercado Tenda (cheapest of Ubatuba). We only miss a fan in the dining room....it's as a suggestion for the hottest days

The house is great, beautifully decorated and tasteful. Who has reduced mobility may have difficulty climbing stairs because it was built in levels. We loved the rooms, had two kitchens but we used the bottom where the barbecue is, a cooktop stove with an amazing marble table, had fun for everyone - a game and a pinball table that the class loved. Ali is the high point of the house, which gives access to the pool and is quite spacious. Communication was great, Alexandre was always very clear in his instructions and there we saw the care he had with the house. Everyone loved the house, it was worth it to go. Thank you Alexandre.

I stayed with my family and loved the house! The condominium is very safe and quiet, the house is just minutes from the sea, but it is easy to get around. But without a doubt, the icing on the cake was the cleaning staff and the Cinthia chef! Everything was wonderful, we intend to return 🥰
