Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Natividade da Serra

We stayed in this amazing house and it was a wonderful experience! The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, with an outdoor area perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool was a highlight, great for kids to have fun safely. The location is super convenient, with a market at the concierge and a restaurant straight ahead, which made it very easy during the stay. The beach is super clean and calm, and on the north side there is a lagoon formed by the tide, perfect for swimming and playing with the children. It was a perfect stay for the whole family, everyone loved it! I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

The house is exactly as in the listing, accommodated 9 people well, quiet place, easy access to Lagoinha beach by car, or a quick walk, there is a market nearby too. Attentive host, provided all the necessary information.

We went as a family and spent 6 days in the house, we love it! We intend to come back more often, beautiful, very clean house, bedding and fresh towels in all rooms, everything very clean, home very comfortable, the beds are good, the pool says in the ad that it is not heated but is incredibly warm, it is very close to the beach, you who maintain the house set up a very large parasol on the beach for our use, very quiet beach, with few people, perfect for those who want to relax with tranquility, very safe condominium with a strict access control! Adriana housewife of the house always very attentive promptly helped us in everything we need. As a constructive criticism I would recommend the replacement of the stove and the internal and external refrigerators are already time to change and the house deserves it.

Beautiful house, extremely clean, large and airy spaces, kitchen and barbecue area very well equipped, pleasant outdoor area favoring the integration of all. A note only for the bathroom of the en-suite that the shower is falling very little water, but it did not hinder the success of our stay. We will be back for sure.

Leide is communicative and very attentive. About the stay everything was great and we had no problem at all. The house is beautiful, very well-equipped, the rooms are comfortable and the pool area is amazing. From to see the whim in every corner of the house. I recommend it and plan to come back!

Pedro's place is beautiful, has a beach house vibe mixed with interior. The house is very large, all the rooms are super new and with air conditioning. It sits inside a condo, where employees are super attentive. It is very close to Dura beach, about 8 minutes walking. And there is an exit from the condominium that gives access to the beach through the runway. We had a small problem with a knob that came out, but Pedro promptly offered us help. About the distance the house not so close to the center of Ubatuba, so it's more for those who like quieter environments and connect with nature. It had towels and bed linens.

We stayed at the 2025 Carnival at Flávio's house and we really liked the house and the lodging! The house is very large and has great structure, the swimming pool is very good, heated, with hydromassage and a beautiful view of the mountain. The house has several refrigerators and an excellent ice machine Very complete kitchen with various options of pots, crockery, cutlery and accessories in general. The house is close to the beach, and there is an exit in the backyard for a path all footwear that leads straight to the beach. Supermercado bom near the house. Televisores in the rooms and in the leisure area are great. The house is in a very calm neighborhood/condominium with a good security structure, with CCTV monitoring circuit in the streets and presence of constant vigilantes The beach is very quiet, and has several trees next to the sand strip, has no kiosks or stalls and has very few street vendors The house has beach chairs and large thermal boxes available We hired Priscila for daily cleaning and it was great

The house is excellent and super cozy, you can even go to the beach and the neighborhood very quiet and safe!! Super flexible Babi at check in and check out is super receptive, we love it and intend to go back again.

Nice house, beautiful and in a quiet location. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. There were 6 of us and at the dining table there were only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some kitchen utensils like tea cups. As there were 2 children in the group and in a vacation mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the living room floor and resting the plate on the coffee table. It was no surprise, as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it can be an important point. We were unable to use the Jacuzzi because it takes a long time to heat up and you can't turn it on with the house's electric shower because the circuit breaker trips. When we returned from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and remove the sand from their body before entering the Jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on long enough to warm up. With the cold water, no one went in, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to fix that.

The house is beautiful, just like the photos, very comfortable, functional, well-equipped and conveniently located The host always responded very quickly and solved everything for us in the best way. Everything was excellent! The place is highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The house is very good, clean, very well maintained, everything is clear, spacious and pleasant. Beds with great mattresses. Well-equipped kitchen. We loved everything about the house. The neighborhood is simple, but quiet and easy to access the main track to the beaches. Very close to the Tenda Hypermarket (cheapest in Ubatuba). We just missed having a fan in the dining room.... it's a suggestion for the hottest days

The house is great, beautifully decorated and tasteful. Who has reduced mobility may have difficulty climbing stairs because it was built in levels. We loved the rooms, had two kitchens but we used the bottom where the barbecue is, a cooktop stove with an amazing marble table, had fun for everyone - a game and a pinball table that the class loved. Ali is the high point of the house, which gives access to the pool and is quite spacious. Communication was great, Alexandre was always very clear in his instructions and there we saw the care he had with the house. Everyone loved the house, it was worth it to go. Thank you Alexandre.

A very quiet and private environment, ideal for those who want to relax. Automated Chalé com Alexa, where you can use it to listen to good music while you make a barbecue or have a drink. The environment is comfortable, it is very cozy, we arrived at the place and everything was very clean and smelling. It contains a wonderful bathtub in the bathroom with a beautiful view. Anyway, I loved the place and especially the reception and service of the entire team. It is well worth knowing this wonderful place and for sure I will come back more often!

Great hosting experience! Luciana proved to be a great host from the first post booking contact to the end of the stay. The place is beautiful, very well finished, careful, cozy and complete within what is advertised. It has a good location, very close to very good beaches, and not far from the famous beaches of Ubatuba and Paraty. We felt in a house outside the house, we were very comfortable and with fast and effective support when it was needed. Luciana is attentive and caring and gave us a great experience! I recommend to everyone looking for a resting place in the coastal region surrounded by the Atlantic Forest!

Chalé super charming, well equipped and as advertised. It is very close to the centre of Juquehy and the beach, we went by car and it was quiet to park there on the streets near the beach, at least at the time we went. Only point that for us was not so pleasant, because on the side of the chalet there is another chalet that sits in the top and in front of the yard of a house and takes all the privacy to use the ofurô, this did not please us and we do not feel comfortable, because to hear all the noise of the other chalet.

It was a dream!!! The cabin is beautiful, the place is breathtaking, we want to set another date to return!!!! Surely this trip will be forever in my memory

The Chalet was exactly what I was looking for. A peaceful place with a lot of privacy. Everything was working perfectly. The outdoor bathtub is great. Kitchen with basic equipment. Fernanda was wonderful from start to finish. Always very helpful and concerned about her guests' experience. I highly recommend the cottages and I'll be back for sure!
