Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Summer House in Vourvourou (Maisonette)

Even before we arrived, the host’s clear and helpful instructions were excellent. We felt at complete ease and the loft was even better than our expectations, especially the warm and welcoming reception, which continued throughout our stay and beyond. There was an entire kitchen (with a balcony) that we could use for cooking and food storage throughout our trip, with everything we could possibly need. Upstairs, the sleeping area (with kitchenette) was quirky in the best way and had a further 2 balconies where we could eat, sheltered from the sun, at different times of day. There was also a mezzanine with further sleeping areas and we found it to be perfect for our needs as a couple but could fit more, comfortably. We didn’t want to leave after the 3 nights and wished the loft was available for our entire 9 days! Fillipos, Athina and Foteini were all truly dream hosts. We would not hesitate to recommend or return to their beautiful homely and welcoming loft, with sea and mountain views!

Villa Sonora - Beachfront, Garden, Sea view

The best villa we have been into! Amazing location right in front of the beach and great crystal clear water also! Huge garden area gave us the chance to enjoy even more but our kids were the ones who truly had the greatest time there. The villa itself is more than fully equipped and the 4 bathrooms helped so much:) Paschalis, our host, literally treated us like his own family and we couldn't thank him enough. Unforgettable place with a breathtaking view. Definitely recommended! Thank you Paschalis and a big thanx to your Vacaspotting crew! See you again!

Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou Chalkidiki

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Extremely helpful and pleasant host, great outdoors area, beautiful and enjoyable and we got what we wanted - the feeling of being remote, private, but close to what you need. In the vicinity you have a fresh fish market, great bakery, stores and nice beaches. Andreas, we look forward to seeing you again!

The apartment was just like the description!!!It had everything inside and because we had a 14-month-old baby they had provided for a high chair and playpen!It was quiet, by the sea and in the center ofNikiti.The view from the balcony is unique!!! Mrs. Mary is willing to help us with anything we asked for and very friendly!They recommended us beaches for the baby and were all super friendly!I highly recommend it and we will definitely choose it in the next visit to the place!

We had a great stay at Dafnis house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden where we visited turtles was really great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet out of season. The communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.

The owner is very responsive, instructions clear, parking place on the spot (it is difficult to find any parking place in the town, so having your own in the same building is very helpful).

Thomas retreat was the perfect place for a family vacation. Check-in was easy and flexibile, we found the place clean, well equipped and with amazing views. Communication with Stathis was very efficient and he was always very helpful. We enjoyed a wonderful week în Pefkohori, there are amazing beaches and many fun activities to do. We highly reccomend this place.

The appartment is brand new and well equipped with beautiful view towards the sea visible from the second floor. Very friendly host. The place is run by a family, so everything is arranged with care. For instance, the place was cleaned every second day with change of towels and bed sheets, which we found very helpful as we travelled with 2 small kids. The place is 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beach is wild/ usually empty and overall the location is perfect if you want to have a bit remote stay. The beach is maybe not the best for kids who cannot yet swim, however, it has its own charm. In close proximity we found also more shallow sandy beaches as well as small cosy villages which were nice to visit.

The house is very big. The layout of the attic with the 2 bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathroom is particularly successful. The sea view from the balcony is gorgeous. The garden, with the orange trees and olive trees is really charming.

Spitaki- Villa Athanasia

First of all many thanks to Christina for the wonderful stay, it's always nice to know that you can contact the host at any time if you have questions or problems and you will be helped immediately. The accommodation is really fantastic, even better than in the pictures! Everything was clean and well prepared for our stay. If you like to spend your vacations in quiet, relaxed areas then this is the right place for you. The view is amazing, the beach is small but gives you enough room to chill on a sun lounger. The water is crystal clear with some stones in the first two meters but after that it gets completely sandy. I would recommend to wear water shoes. Some complained about the traffic noise, but we didn’t notice any of that. You also definitely need a car to explore Halkidiki and to reach the nearest supermarket, fish shop, restaurants etc. at Neos Marmaras. If you like seafood I would highly recommend you to visit Taverna Ta Kymata, best seafood we had in a long time.
