Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Néant-sur-Yvel

This rental is first of all a nice meeting with Agnès and Christian. We greatly appreciated their welcome and availability. Then we took advantage of the charm of this country longhouse and its stove that warmed our heart. We'll be happy to go back! Great for a romantic weekend.

The house on the ground floor is very clear, functional and quite well located to visit the emerald coast and beautiful places like Dinan and St Malo..... The city of Lamballe is also worth a visit. We appreciated the fact that Nathalie accepts pets (to be watched as if you were at home).

We spent Christmas Eve with the family we were 11 people Sabrina is a very friendly host, we were able to arrive early. Everything was ready when we arrived, beds made, towels which is much appreciated. A little bonus a fireplace and a cute Christmas tree that delighted our little children. Very quiet environment very good value for money. We recommend this place and will be sure to come back. A big thank you to Sabrina from our whole family.

Amazing location, close to so many great towns and places of interest. Felt like the house was brand new, quite minimalistic but has pretty much everything you need. This was one of three houses to rent so we had close neighbours also renting, they were nice and some even provided some recommendations on what to do in the area. Very good baguette/bread and cakes at the bakery in Pleugueneuc which is a big bonus. Don’t forget your towels!

Short stay during a sports competition in Vannes. We were looking for a quiet and comfortable accommodation to allow our young athletes to rest well during the 2 nights we spent there and this was the case. very well equipped and suitable for 10 people. an address that we will treasure if needed.

Single-level accommodation and very spacious not to be missed: everything is within walking distance for sightseeing or strolling in this beautiful city of Dinan! Thanks to Pascale for her welcome at check-in.

3rd stay at Jean Daniel's and the apartment is always as clean, comfortable with all the necessities, I feel at home after 3 days of intense training, thank you to Jean Daniel for this lovely apartment wonderfully decorated, clean and fully as described.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was spotless and the perfect location to be quiet. The bus stop right next door allows you to be in the city center very quickly. Sandrine and Chantal were very welcoming with us and accommodating when we arrived. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for calm but also proximity to shops and activities.

I had a pleasant stay at May's place. I had to participate in the Transmusicales de Rennes and finding this place nearby was a real chance. The accommodation is impeccable May is always available and attentive. A joy for any traveler.
