This is an unique place for the Paris lovers : a penthouse triplex in an historical 400+ years old building, in the very heart of the original Paris, Le Quartier latin (the Latin Quarter), a few meters away form the Seine river and Notre Dame cathedral. The cherry on the top, so to speak, is our garden, overlooking the city, but after 5 floors without a lift, sorry for that, with an incredible view on Notre Dame, but also the Saint Severin Church, the Pantheon and... the Eiffel Tower !

Welcome to our home. As a couple or solo, with or without children, with friends, you can live there independently. We live on the 1st floor and the entire ground floor (more than 60 square meters) and the garden are for you. Enjoy the calm after visiting Paris! We are less than 10 minutes from the train station (RER A), shops and the international school, no need for a car.
