Just perfect! My stay with Maja was absolutely great. The place was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Maja is an incredibly friendly and helpful host who cares a lot about the well-being of her guests. Her tips for the area were fantastic, and she was always available if I had any questions. This location and space was absolutely stunning and perfect for our stay. Ceilings are so high and allowed beautiful light in! Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra linens and blankets (we had three of us staying). Just steps away were so many shops including supermarkets and the market on Saturday. We easily spent a day in Amsterdam and my husband attended a meeting in Utrecht. Huge fridge allowed us to cook many meals with dishes, pots, & dishwasher. Gas cooktop and microwave/oven with convection worked really well for our needs. Nespresso machine was wonderful with a shop on the block (we wanted some decaf), but they have pods available in the unit. Felt very secure in locked building as well as a very safe neighborhood. Courtyard was super quiet and great to sit outside. Washing machine very efficient and although you need to hang dry, the process was very quick. Simple and efficient thermostat. So many plug outlets! Beautiful bathroom. Dreaming of staying again :)

The apartment was as described with full kitchen, spacious living area, and nicely updated main bathroom. On the second floor without an elevator but stairs are wide and fairly easy to navigate. There were no written instructions for appliances or any recommendations but when we had questions, Diana was very responsive and answered right away. Both the metro and tram stops are very close so it was easy to get around using public transportation. Several grocery stores located within a few blocks and the Albert Cuyp market is on the next street which we enjoyed. This apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Amsterdam.

Machiel was a great host! The apartment was perfect for my one week stay while attending a workshop—very centrally located and easy to get to. Machiel has great recommendations for things to do and places to eat nearby. He was very responsive and kind. I hope stay here again when I visit Leiden.

the apartment is located close to a range of shops,restaurants and bars. Very easy to travel to and from the main airport, either by bus or train. Comfy bed, well equipped, clean and quiet.

We had a great time, the only issue we had was a confusion with the keys in the moment of the check in but Arthur and Nancy were very responsive and helpful.

This place was very different to anywhere we had stayed before. Jochem had gone out of his way to make this an experience which it was. He was a fantastic host and provided us with way too much food etc. even wine and chocolates. We felt bad as we weren’t there much as we had booked a trip to Geithorn and also the Kuenkenhof gardens so we never got to partake of a lot of his generous offerings. Jochem’s place was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was very peaceful. Jochem was a great communicator as well.

Biljana's place was great to stay at and great for families. The neighbourhood is quiet, serene and with at least 3 playgrounds in walking distance of the house, we had a lot to do for our toddler in the quietmoments in between trips. Parking is free and spaces are abundant. She provides lots of toys for little ones and provided a travel cot for our 2 year old that was not yet used to sleeping on a bed. The place is well kept, clean and a treat. The air conditioning was great for the hottest days. Access to the house is best in class. Would happily stay here again. Thanks for letting us share your home for those days!

We had a lovely weekend at Chris's cottage! Close to the forest, with all the comforts, close to Amersfoort and Utrecht! Enjoyed the sauna, the beds were very confortable and everything was very clean. I would recommend the house.

Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

This was a great rental for our extended family visiting from the United States. The house was spacious and comfortable for a big group, and Joris/Julia/Theresa were very responsive and also helpful to provide baby supplies (pack 'n play, crib, etc.) for our 1-year-old, too. We especially loved the location of this home in a peaceful neighborhood, across the street from a playground, easily walkable to downtown Haarlem (30 minutes), and also with easy access to a main road by car/bike. We had a rental car and never had an issue with street parking. Would highly recommend this home to other travelers!

We were very warmly welcomed by the owners with drinks and chocolate and got a house tour and helpful information about the area. Amersfoort is beautiful and within walking distance of the property with nice places. In the village we could also borrow bikes. The accommodation is centrally located for tours to Urecht, Haarlem, and the Ijsselmeer. House Doorn is also highly recommended. All in all a very nice holiday in a cozy house with covered wind-protected outdoor seating where we could have our breakfast. We would definitely recommend it!!!

We had a great time. So lucky with the weather so we were able to really make the most of the lovely outdoor space. Roomy property and peaceful location. Adriaan and his co-host Peter weee both so friendly and helpful. This is a great property in a good location for exploring the Netherlands. We loved the walk to the ice cream café at Weipoort. All highly recommended.

Bora was an excellent host! He left thoughtful touches like stroopwafels, a welcome note, and even an umbrella because rain was forecasted. The apartment was beautiful, warm, and cozy, with everything working perfectly. Communication was clear and smooth throughout. I highly recommend staying here—it was a pleasure!

The place was very nicely decorated and we felt comfortable. The city center was within walking distance. Overall, we had a great stay in Haarlem.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Our stay at Lucies appartement was amazing! Within 15 min (using the boulevard) you are in the middle of Zandvoort, with lots and lots of beach restaurants in front of the door! Very very dog friendly environment as well (off season though). Can recommend!

Had a wonderful time in Amsterdam and Elles's place was very convenient! It had everything we needed and was located near multiple transportation options. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Yes there are lots of steps but Sem was an excellent host. Great kitchen. Nice fireplace. Love the second bathroom. It was a little chilly but hey it’s Amsterdam. And the location was great.
