We really enjoyed our stay at Trevor's place. We spoke on the phone with him prior to arrival and Trevor answered all our questions about the room and gave us some great pointers on cabs and cell phone use. We enjoyed our time on the third-floor patio overlooking courtyard gardens and were able to cook meals in the kitchen to save some money. It was evident that Trevor took great care during his apartment renovations. We enjoyed the tiled bathroom and shower. Trevor bought us some beers, after learning that I was sick during the trip, and I was looking forward to my recovery. We would highly recommend staying with Trevor. Jim and Katie

This stay was perfect, Brandon is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The photos of the property do not do it justice, this place is clean, comfortable with all amenities needed and a breathtaking view. I will definitely stay with Brandon again and would recommend him to anyone!

We always stay with this host. Communication is great. Place is as pictured . Beautiful and updated inside .AC and bathrooms /showers work with cold and hot water :) Location cannot be beat. Pool and beach steps away. Highly recommended!

Great time great place they didnt send me the code to get in until i got there and i didnt have wi fi to get it so called caretaker and he helped great time at a great place will stay again

Had a good stay overall. The space itself is very quiet and relaxing. The one issue I ran into was being racially profiled by security who followed me around and asked if I was really a resident, even after I showed them my keys they were disrespectful. I found them hanging out in the backyard near my bedroom window and asked them to move and they were rude and disrespectful. But I spoke to their manager and it was addressed. Besides that frustrating experience, I had a good experience here overall.

Beautiful view from the balcony! We loved this place. Convenient location. We had one small issue with no hot water in the one bathroom. Andrea was very responsive and sent a plumber as soon as he was available. He fixed it and we had no more issues. Great place!

It was a great stay. We loved the location. You could walk everywhere. So many options for live entertainment. Ashleigh was a great host. The unit was nice. The bed could have used a topper. I would definitely stay again.

This place was simply amazing! Maggie was available and helpful throughout our stay. The pool, rock pool and beach are beautiful. The on site restaurant, Miguel, is fabulous. He is a very good chef and his prices won’t break your budget. The kitchen in the room is fully stocked with microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, washing machine and pantry items. The balcony offers a beautiful view. The grounds are great to walk around, filled with beautiful flowers and wildlife. It was very safe. The air conditioning is delightful. If we return to Negril, we would definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved it!

We enjoyed staying at Felicia’s place at point Village. Her place has all the accommodations and amenities we needed, and Felicia was an extremely responsive hostess. would definitely stay again.

So this is actually my second time staying here, we had an amazing stay as usual. We absolutely love the location and all that is available within the surrounding areas. we loved the fact that there was a pool available for the kids to be able to enjoy themselves, and everything was within walking distance to make your vacation enjoyable for the most part. whenever we are in Jamaica and need a place to stay. Maria’s place is certainly on our list.

We keep coming back to this place - wonderful complex with its own two beaches and the lovely walking area along the coast. Fantastic for swimming and snorkelling. The condo was spacious, very close to the beach, with two large verandas and a balcony. Nicely decorated in soothing white and blue colours. We cooked our own meals, and the kitchen was fully equipped for that. As this time we spent the full 8 days, it was great to have the washing machine take care of the clothes and beach towels.

this is a wonderful place to stay. beautiful, private beach, extra amenities, great kitchen wares which you typically don't see in other places. the host answers any questions right away. we highly recommend!!!
