Lovely house. Everybody is very helpful and always available. Only thing is, if you want to book any activity or taxi from cebu, try booking it on your own and not through them. Huge price difference for the same services and experiences. We did this mistake and booked few things from them, and later when we got to know the real prices, it was shocking.

Thank You Leah, your mom and to the rest of the staff especially Junior!! It was an amazing stay, felt like home and most of all my pet chiki enjoyed it the most. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is clean the design of the villa is well planned. The area is peaceful yet walking distance to the main area of panagsama. Extra patience on the road going in if you bring a car as it is small road though locals are very willing to help and adjust 😉. Overall, a great stay and would definitely come back. Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

A great stay in this just amazing house! The sea water was agitated so not great for snorkeling and apartment to enjoy this dream environment there is not much to do... however if you come with the idea of a relaxing stay or with friends.

Great communication and 24/7 security and caretaker. Caretaker was very hospitable and no problem to tough to resolve. House was clean and tidy and great view over the sea. Unfortunately both my wife and I are light sleepers and the main 4 lane highway is between the house and the sea. Traffic was 24/7 so we got little sleep and thus left a day earlier.

Balay Kalachuchi is one place worth checking out for a staycation. Beautiful place and view. Definitely, a place to relax and enjoy the scenery and the beach. We promised ourselves to come back.

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

The location is perfect for Bacolod. The mall is directly across from the location, and the other malls are a few minutes by trike of Jeepney. the guards are very friendly and helpful. we stayed for 4 weeks and we're sad to leave, highly recommend

Great location right across from the big mall Maybe the best ABNB in Bacolod Had everything you want. Beds were soft and comfortable Kitchen had everything 6th floor overlooking the the sensation pool Water pressure was great Highly recommend 100% you won’t be disappointed…

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Ames place is very considerately put together with many little touches that makes it a very nice place to stay. notably, the AC works really well, the TV is really large, has all the latest apps and works really fast, there's also an air fryer in the kitchen so it makes it really easy to cook so you don't have to always eat out. it's located in a building that is right across the street from a really great mall where you have access to all you're going to need when you're staying in bacolod. The building itself is also staffed with very helpful and considerate employees, they even offer you free umbrellas when it's raining and will help get you anywhere you need to in the city. city. I also really enjoy taking the trikes that are parked across the street and you can pretty much go anywhere you want for 20 to 30 pesos. the house is also always available for us. we needed them once and they showed up and the resolve their problems our way. anyway, great spot highly recommend it.

Although we only had a short stay this Airbnb was perfect! Great views and access to the ocean and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The caretaker on site was super helpful and helped us with check in and booking activities.

This place is highly recommended. It’s a huge place to accommodate a group of friends and family with kids .. They went beyond to attend our needs and providing transportation to whale watching . The staff were nice and honest . We will definitely come back !
