Beautiful house in great central location. Everything is nearby and in walking distance. Comfortable guestroom with own bath. And most important: a super lovely hosting familiy. We enjoyed our stay so so much. Thanks for everything!

This property is everything one could ask for. The house is spacious which allows for privacy for all party members. It is an old house with a unique feeling one can appreciate. The house is very well equipped and the garden is spectacular. The view is breathtaking one does not want to leave the house! The host is lovely, very responsive and helpful! We would stay longer if we could . Very highly recommended!

We had an idyllic two weeks here, exploring on foot, by car, and rented e-bikes. Easy access to a great network of bike trails (the Great Taste Trail). An easy walk to 2 brewpubs and other restaurants and an excellent Thai massage location. Go east to Havelock for mussels or west to Abel Tasman NP for a Waka paddle or beach time. Back home we would relax in the private hot tub, enjoy the TV and cook in the well stocked kitchen. The accommodation was spotless, with a comfortable bed and everything we needed for a relaxing time. The host was always responsive and provided lots os suggestions for sights, shopping and restaurants.

The property was in the perfect location for us. It fitted our whole family easily and we had a lovely stay. Bathrooms are modern and super clean. All rooms are good sized and the property was very private.

The house was absolutely spotless and clean! All communication was prompt and courteous. It was one of the quietest places we've stayed at - which is important to us as we live in a rural area and can't sleep in a noisy environment. Everything was comfortable and cosy. Good beds too! 10 out of 10. We'd stay again!

Very peaceful location - house is surrounded by a leafy garden and is perched above a busy and bustling port. Great deck area at the back of the house to pass the time watching the port, or to do some work outdoors. House is elegantly decorated with Annabel's artwork and collectibles from travel and work in the Pacific islands. She also has a great collection of books!

This is like home away from home. Such a cosey house with all needs covered. Beautiful surroundings and homely. Close to town also.

Jacqui was the perfect host and very responsive and flexible with our stay. The view from the terrace is simply stunning and the space is so sociable, great for families or group of friends. Would definitely stay again.

Had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely/ beautifully presented and incredibly clean. It had everything I needed and felt like a home away from home. Spacious and comfortable home filled with the owners treasures. Great trails for walking, running and biking behind the house. Short walk in to Nelson city. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including homegrown veges and citrus from Hilma’s garden. Deck is lovely to relax on and we enjoyed the outdoor shower. Beautiful outlook. Hilma is a great host and was quick to respond when I had some queries. As well as the trails we enjoyed frisbee golf in the nearby park which is also dog friendly - you can hire discs from MD Outdoors. Had a delicious dinner at Nahm (short drive from house) and great coffee and breakfast at Bobby Franks Cafe (walkable). Connings Pop Up great for fresh fruit and vege.

For the most part a lovely spot with great sunsets. Short drive to city center. Some maybe bothered by the occasional airplane but not busy enough to be an issue really.

Smyth's home was a complete oasis for our month stay, we always looked forward heading back here at the end of the day! Beautiful scenery and lots of open space around. Smyth was very friendly and accommodating, couldn't have asked for a better home or host for our time in the Nelson-Tasman area - we felt right at home!

Meredith is a great host - funny, friendly, speedy responses and lots of recommendations! The house is spacious and comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and modern. Location is great, walking distance to main street with lots of cafes/restaurants/shops. Can keep walking through town to see murals and up the hill to hiking/biking trails and views of city and harbor. Great base to explore Nelson!

Had a lovely stay! Vee was very easy to communicate with and gave us clear instructions on how to access the property and provided great local recommendations. The house location is beautiful with stunning views from the balcony and a short distance to the beach and local shops. Felt welcoming and homely with board games and entertainment options provided. Would highly recommend!

Elaine's place was a wonderful base for our stay in Nelson. The space is warm, comfortable and welcoming (I genuinely think this is the most cosy I have ever felt in an Airbnb), with beautiful views to be glimpsed in multiple directions, and it was very convenient to be so close to the Nelson CBD. We wished we could stay longer!

Excellent accommodation with pool and trampoline, great park and a flying fox next door and excellent and friendly communication with owners. Definitely recommend !!!

What a gorgeous place this is! It’s got such a lot of welcoming charm that makes you feel at home straight away. Helen had also put up a Christmas tree and put lovely decorations around the house. Thank you for going the extra mile and making it all so special! Ooh and great oven to cook Christmas dinner in!!
