Excellent location, communication with Violeta was always attentive and helpful, the center is a 5 minute drive away and you find a lot of variety. The house in good condition, only the pool was missing a little cleaning and if they carried insect repellent because there are too many bugs, Violeta very nice in our entrance offered us repellent and had already put us a couple of raidolitos. I recommend it, suitable for relaxing and for families. In addition, the ones who enjoyed the house the most were my children and my dogs, this huge patio quente allows to play. I would definitely come back.

Few places have the equipment like Miriam's stay. The fractionation is quite safe and quiet, few homes use the pool area which is cleaned daily in the mornings so in both pools you will find plenty of space and privacy. Directions to get there are quite exact although it is not necessary if the river is traced in waze or maps, nearby there is a 7eleven and well-stocked grocery stores. Miriam was accessible at check-in and check-out times and was in quick communication at all times. The only drawback were the mosquito nets, you have to open them and close them carefully because they come off the riel, in general 10/10 I definitely hope to return to the accommodation

We hire this house to be able to have a family reunion, where we celebrated my mom's birthday. I and my family really like it as we didn't have to leave the place to have fun. There is a pool, a little small, but enough for the 6 people we were. We made roast meat and campfire at night. We love that it was super perfect and it took place enough for them to be comfortable too and they will have a good time. Everything was very clean and tidy. There were good amenities like internet and TV in several bedrooms and living room. Enough parking space, in which we put two cars without a problem. Besides that the host was very kind and was always on the lookout. We will definitely be back.

My stay at Marco's place was amazing. Marco was very attentive and always available for any need. The house is much larger than what is shown in the photos and has an excellent Internet connection in all rooms and common areas, ideal for working and taking video calls. Each room has its own screen with Netflix, private bathroom and air-conditioning. In the living room, we enjoyed a giant screen to watch movies and series. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning, including the rooms, the living room, the dining room and even the kitchen, which is very helpful in times of heat. The house is fully equipped for fun, with pool horns, indoor and outdoor common areas, and features Karaoke and YouTube Prime. The pool and hot tub are in excellent condition and with the right temperature, adjusted by Marco according to our preferences and the external climate. In addition, they accept pets, which was excellent for me and my 2 dogs.

The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was spotless and perfect for enjoying, and the bathrooms super clean and well kept. Caesar's attention was outstanding; he was always on the lookout for us and made us feel very welcome. As a very friendly detail, he left us fresh water and snacks upon arrival, which was a great gesture. We had an amazing few days and would definitely come back without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

The house is very nice, modern, spacious, full of light and in perfect condition! Very comfortable, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The pool and hot tub are delicious. 3 bedrooms are inside the house and there is a small additional studio. The fourth bedroom is independent and is at the entrance of the house (with 3 beds). A very recommended stay for those who want to stay in that area. It's like 15 min. by car from downtown Tepoz in a more rural area. The house does not have A/C, there are floor fans in all bedrooms. We went in March and the house was already quite hot because of all the glass and windows it has. It is important to consider it if you are going to wash it in the hottest months of the year such as May or June.

I loved the house , I felt with mine, Miguel is very friendly and reliable. Definitely when I visit my family I would choose this place.
