David & Jacqui are incredibly lovely hosts. You can tell at all times that your well-being is very important to them. From your arrival to your departure. Wonderful people who become friends. The accommodation is beautiful. Of course, the view deserves special mention. The sea and the mountains are at your feet. A place where you can completely relax. WiFI is up to date, works perfectly and there are some books and TV. The spa area is very spacious and the pool is beautiful. You can walk to Comares, where there are shops and restaurants. A beautiful place for which holidaymakers come from far and wide. You get to know the world anew while you relax under almond and olive trees. Your dogs are an added bonus to make you feel at home. The open-plan living area is very nice. They pay attention to detail to make you feel at home. The barbecue&wine is ready and there is plenty of space to relax. Daniel is an absolutely amazing host: friendly, attentive, helpful and very quick to reply to questions. The house is even better than the pictures, a fantastic place to stay for both kids and grown ups. We were here with a group of parents with teenagers and we all had the most magical time. A beautiful Airbnb with a great view. We loved the view from the balcony and use of the hot tub since it was too cold to use the pool (although we did use for cold plunges). We stayed with a baby so the many stairs weren’t ideal but the living room was large enough our 1 year old could play in there with us watching as it was far enough from the stairs. I wouldn’t recommend for a toddler who is walking and requires baby gates. Loved the town and we were able to drive down to the bottom of the hill then walk along the boardwalk each day. The many restaurants and bars on the beach were great and even in February most things were open. The Airbnb was very clean.

Everything you need is in this apartment. Very cute and a wonderful terrace. Walkable to many great restaurants. Great host communication.. Enjoyed our stay!

It's very nice villa with all the amenities that the family needs. There were even spices and other things left in the kitchen. Very handy. The drive is up the hill and I would not recommend to walk there, especially with children. There is a lot of space in the house and the outdoor area is amazing. The jacuzzi is a plus as the swimming pool was too cold to use in April. Almuñécar is not very busy yet as it's not holiday time in Spain, again it's a plus.I would highly recommend El Caminito del Rey and the cave in Nerja if you like outdoor adventures with your family

We were looking to disconnect a few days after the loss of our beloved 12-year-old cat, and this place was just what we needed: calm, beach, hiking, good food, and the warmth of a cozy home, cared for with care to the last detail. Sleeping with the light of the night and the sound of the sea in the background is unparalleled. We have enjoyed both on and off the stay. The attention of Maribel, her host, has been unbeatable: always attentive, close and generous with her suggestions. We leave with the recharged energies, the soul a little lighter and the grateful heart. Thank you truly for everything, it has been a refuge in the midst of sadness. We'll definitely be back.

Apparment looks better than in pictures. Very nice view from balcony to the sea, you can have a cup of tea there. Well equiped kitchen. Confortable rooms. I would recommend the place as well: good promenade, beach, parks. Place where you could stay for 3-4 days.

I was there with my two Kids (3 & 15) and both liked it very much! Especially the pool:) Even it was not so warm… My Favorit was the amazing view you have in the Mountains and the silence! I would call this a loft apartment since that lends itself to describing how characterful it is. Lots of exposed brickwork. Things neatly put together and a terrace with views. Very clean. Nice sofa to longe in and watch tv. And a great terrace up top to grab the all day sunshine. Very responsive and helpful host. And you are right in the middle of the city here with everything in your doorstep.

If you're heading to Málaga, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, cozy, and private, with an incredible view. It was super comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. But the real highlight? Jose, the host. If I could rate him beyond 5 stars, I’d give him 10! He was beyond amazing, super kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Málaga. Thank you, Jose, for an unforgettable experience!

Well designed Airbnb, very thoughtful and comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to the old town. The house is comfortable and the kitchen is great. He has made a very nice place!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for walking to the beach, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou. There were of places to eat nearby as well as a grocery store. We had some difficulty finding the building because we were driving a car and not sure what we were looking for amidst busy traffic but the host was immediately responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful to wake up to the fresh mountain air and the sounds of the rooster, the birds and the donkey. The village is really fantastic. Away from the “mass” tourism of Frigiliana, which is a beautiful village to visit but for us not to stay - we walked there for a day - back and forth 14 km mountain up, down mountain. The cottage is decorated as a typical “mountain cabin” and is certainly beautiful with even more beautiful weather to stay with the pool. You might also be able to stay with two families, because there is another cottage adjacent to it. Don't forget to eat in the restaurant in the village. 😻 Delicious!

Great appartment, close to the beach and with an amazing view from both terraces/balconies.

Great place to stay - even in winter. Some of the bars and tapas places were closed with it being Christmas/ New Year week but there is a lovely kitchen to cook in. Regular bus to Malaga and nearby larger villages for tapas. Great communcation with Simon and Jeanette and help with getting a taxi from the airport.

I don’t even know where to start- this place was so great! Situated off a main road but still easy to find, the house offers ample space for, well, everything. There are at least 4 areas to sit outside, as well as a private pool with a while bar attached to it, but indoors it’s just as comfortable. Heating worked well, bathrooms spacious and clean, kitchen well-equipped and inviting to use. Indeed the nearest bigger supermarket is not close at all, so come prepared, but Tim and Kate also provided several kitchen staples plus some extra groceries that took the stress off. The area is gorgeous, and there are several restaurants nearby if you choose not to use the facilities (that do also include a barbecue!). Plenty of entertainment around, games, movies, and just generally a great vibe. This is clearly a well-loved home, so glad we picked it. The hosts responded super quick and even offered a late checkout as it was possible, thanks Tim & Kate!! Hope to be back someday.

The house was wonderful, it had everything we needed and more. Great for lazy days around the house relaxing in the seating areas but also great to explore the nearby areas. The children loved picking the oranges from the trees and making fresh orange juice for breakfast.

What a beautiful villa! The views are outstanding, the kitchen/living space and outdoor areas are lovely and very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large group. The bathrooms and some of the bedrooms were quite dark, but we appreciate that is the design of a house built into the hillside. La Herradura is walking distance with good bars and restaurants, although as others have said it is quite a steep climb back up to the villa, but there is plenty of parking if driving. Great roads and easy access from Malaga, and easy to get into Almuñécar for larger supermarkets, buses etc. We recommend a day trip to Granada as it is only an hour away, and beautiful. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Rachel was very responsive and helpful when we were there. A minor issue with the cooker was resolved promptly. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

We really enjoyed our time in la Bolina - it was such a pleasure to stay in and experience this beautiful, smartly designed house surrounded by breathtaking nature. During our stay (in mid-April), the weather changed quickly - we had sunshine, rain, and cooler temperatures - but no matter the weather, we loved being there. Also, despite the cooler and rainy weather, it wasn’t cold or damp inside the house - we didn’t even need to use the heater. Thank you for everything - we’ll definitely be planning to come back!

Marianne is a great host. the house is amazing. it offers everything and it is well equipped. If your are looking for a quiet place to calm down with a great view, this is it. you are also pretty fast in Granada, malaga and marbella or at some of the nice beaches. Marianne takes so much care of the house, the private pool and all the plants which make it a lovely green place with a stunning view! the communication is also very easy and extremly friendly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were looking for private accommodation for a family with a four year old child. So that our daughter could be free in the garden. The pool is clean and very nice. Nearby Orgiva is a charming town. If you want to spend time in peace with your family, this is the place. Breakfast in the shade of an olive tree. Relax by the pool overlooking the beautiful mountains. Barbecue in the evening. Beaches within driving distance. Lots to see nearby (Granada, Pampaneira and more). Antonio is a very communicative and friendly person. He helped us with everything we needed, nothing was a problem. Thank you for everything, we spent a wonderful time here.
