You will see the ferry going up and down and there are ships and yachts sailing by you all day long. The picturesque village of Broekhuizen is rich in cozy restaurants with terraces on the Maas. You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature reserves on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible by the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday time. We are hosts with heart and soul. Hospitality is very important to us! Our cozy and personal apartment is ideal for a short or longer stay in our diverse Mülheim and surroundings. Very good infrastructure due to the central location in the Ruhr area. Düsseldorf Airport, as well as the trade fair city of Essen, can be reached in 15/20 minutes! The Max Planck Institute is within walking distance in 5 minutes, forest and the Ruhr as well! There are many excursion destinations for young and old!

It can be found in the souterrain of our single-family house and can be accessed via our garden with its own entrance.
