Location Location Location! Island Paradise is a very quaint and great location. Located on the Atlantic Ocean with the Carribean Sea being a 10 minute walk or 2 minute cab ride. Gift shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and coffe house, just steps away. Everything you need at your fingertips. Villa comes with cable TV and Wifi, full kitchen and two bathrooms, comfortable beds and sofa bed. Laundry facilities are available on site for a small fee. Everything you need for a great holiday. Airbnb guest fee is currently covered by the Host. This spacious beachfront villa features ocean views and peaceful sounds of gentle waves of the Caribbean Sea. The villa sits on a beautiful expanse of white sand beach, perfect for strolling, swimming, and sunbathing. August 2024: a new villa is being built next door. In the condo the noise shouldn't be of concern. A portion of the project is visible from the ocean view veranda's right side. Construction will cease from Dec 23 - Jan 4.
