Monte Cristo villa on water is spacious house located only 50m from lake Ada. The house has 300m2, where guests can use cozy living room with river view, kitchen and dining room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms - one with double bed and the other that beside huge bed has the addition of sofa and jacuzzi. Both bedrooms have wonderful view. House has big terrace on the water ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. Visitors have the possibility to use a motor boat for complete enjoyment on the river.

Newly opened in June 2022 the boat house can accomodate up to 6 persons. It comes with a kitchen, bathroom and living room on the ground floor and two sleeping rooms on the upper level. The spacious terrace is ideal for relaxing, suntanning and enjoying the river views. Parties and loud music are not allowed.

Luxury boat-house on the river Sava. Warm and peaceful ambient with wooden decoration, clean and full of natural light with the amazing view and wonderful nature.5 min walk to the Ada Ciganlija Lake,10 min by car to the city center,25 min drive to the airport. There are so many restaurants nearby.Local driveway to the house. Free parking for our guests !!! In winter idyll you can also enjoy with us, because we are super equipped with heaters, so it is very warm and cozy.

From city center 15 minutes by car and about 4 km distance from shopping center Ada mall that opened recently. Distance from airport is 25 minutes by car. Nearby you can find markets. Around floating-house there are 3 restaurants where you can eat fresh fish and many specialties.

The raft was registered for 12 people and 6 for an overnight stay. Not intended for louder music and parties.
