Upon our early arrival at the apartment, two hours prior to the scheduled time, we notified him, and he arrived within five minutes. After granting us access, he proceeded downstairs without our knowledge to collect our luggage and then carried seven heavy luggage pieces upstairs to the second floor by himself.
