Holiday rentals in New Durham

We recently had the most incredible stay at this luxurious 70-acre estate nestled in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect blend of opulence and natural beauty that this property offers. The expansive ridge-line views were absolutely breathtaking, stretching as far as the eye could see—perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Speaking of coffee, the on-site coffee bar was a delightful touch, with high-quality coffee provided as a welcome gift, ensuring our mornings started off on the right note. The relaxing hot tub was a highlight, offering a serene spot to unwind while soaking in the stunning mountain vistas after long days of skiing at Loon Mtn a short 12min drive. For entertainment, the game room was a hit with with my family—featuring a beautiful shuffleboard table, a brand-new air hockey table, and even a pool table. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Gregory's place, it was exactly as described. Plenty of space for 5 of us, very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to Portland to do all the things we wanted. Greg was very quick to respond to any questions we had and would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is that a cold January week in Maine was colder than Colorado ha-ha, but we were there for our Grand Daughters first birthday, so our time wasn't very flexible.

The place is clearly well taken care of with attention to detail. This would be a great place any time of year. Miriam and the home were very accommodating. I would return to this location with great peace of mind.

The house is lovely and, if it’s not new, it sure feels that way. In a very quiet area with tons of outdoor space yet just a mile or two from more main roads. Had a lovely white Christmas/Hanukkah with fresh snow on the 24th. Diana was a great host, always answering questions promptly and rolling with some last minute travel issues. Would love to stay here in warmer months to take advantage of the outdoors and the lovely sun porch.

What a fabulous weekend we had up in this Tilton home! Amazing house! So beautifully decorated and host has the gift of hospitality for sure. She was very responsive and so easy to communicate with. My four kids 26, 24, 21, 21 and I wanted to celebrate their Dad’s 60th in a special way and this home and location did not disappoint. The kids all brought their girlfriends/boyfriends and there was plenty of room for all. Location is amazing - near the outlets - and we had a day of great shopping with everyone showing off their ‘finds’ and a great dinner at Dox (suggested by owner). We played games and my boys (26 and 24) returned to their competitive childhood with the Pac-Man game and beating each other’s best score. Dad had the best birthday and we all agree we want to make it an annual! Best Airbnb experience I’ve had by far! Thank you Tricia!!! ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room for 8 guests (and more!!) in a beautiful setting. There was many helpful amenities, like kitchen items, and plenty of towels. The location is perfectly centered to many popular things to do. James was always very responsive to questions left clear instructions. We highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Great place to stay. The basement space for the kids is great, they each had their own bedroom but could hang in the common space. Golden Tee was a HIT! Centrally loacated to multiple ski mountains. Plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable!

Magnificent view is waiting for you. We arrived very snowy day after scary driving but we felt it was worthwhile to come over by 3 hours drive. House is well organized with good taste furniture, clean and cozy and very comfortable. Our 12 years and 10 years old boys enjoyed a lot, so do we as a parents. Thanks Jason for welcoming us to the wonderful place.
