This house is super unique and better than the photos! The kitchen is insane and it’s a memorable place for a get together with friends! Easy streetcar access and very close to good restaurants and James beard winning bakeries. Can’t find a better rental!

We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sophie's home as it comfortably accommodated our group of 11. The location is roughly 15-20 minutes away from all of the major hot spots in NOLA but had the benefit of being in a private/quiet suburban neighborhood. The seafood spot around the corner from the listing was delicious and had great deals for our large group. Sophie was extremely communicative ahead of our trip and helped answer a number of questions for me to make sure we were prepared. Easy check-in/check-out process and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a family wedding. Location was perfect for all of the activities. The host was very accommodating. We utilized the preorder of groceries which I would highly recommend.

One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at! Amazing views & so much room. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert & loved being far enough away from the traffic. We would love to go back one day!

The rental on Baronne in the Warehouse District was the PERFECT home base for my group of six friends. If you have a group who desires to spread out and maybe prefers to have their own beds, this was ideal. Each bedroom had a ceiling fan and a bathroom with nice closet storage. First, the street is one-way and quiet away from the bar scene. We found it to be easy enough for walking to Magazine Street and French Quarter for sights. Just lovely and tastefully decorated with hard surface flooring which seemed very clean. We enjoyed chatting in the very spacious living room with large windows. We didn't cook in the unit or use the large dining table since we only had 3 nights but the kitchen is very nice with a large fridge. Our stay was just after Mardi Gras, March 7- March 10, 2025. It feels very secure with a coded elevator entry. Grab a coffee or grocery items just across the street, down the block at Rouses Market. Everything you might need for snacks, drinks. 5-Star all the way!

Our family of 5 decided to take a last minute trip to New Orleans for a long weekend. After one night in a hotel we decided we needed some space and a pool. This place looked brand new and had the bedrooms to give my kids some space. Not to mention our own pool!!!! Nice big bright kitchen, huge bedrooms, private patio with a pool. And driveway parking. We left the car in front all weekend and took ubers everywhere because the Garden District, French Quarter, and Lakeshore were close by and then we didn't have to worry about parking. No place is perfect but this came pretty darn close if you don't want the noise and traffic of the french quarter, the high prices of the garden district, but still super close to everything. Would totally come back again. Place would be great for 3 couples or even two families.

I am an Airbnb owner in another state. This place was very secure, safe, very walkable to downtown all the fun stuff! The biggest thing is it was very clean!!!!! Our group used both units and we used the roof top deck and work out room! Will stay again.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Jeff’s place looked even better in person. There was ample space, it was nicely decorated and to top it off Jeff was very much accommodating allowing me to check in early. I will definitely be booking again, my family enjoyed our stay here. Please don’t hesitate if you are thinking about booking because you will not regret it.

Our group celebrated my 40th birthday this past weekend in Nola. The house was perfect for our group of 8. Bathrooms are big and all have showers. The rooms are a nice size as well. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen and living room area is a great place to hang out with the group. We all enjoyed staying there and would stay there again with a group. The place is close enough to walk to restaurants and the main areas of Nola (like Bourbon or Frenchmen street). We walked everywhere no problem. We did end up ordering some groceries for delivery, as there wasn’t much walkable for small groceries. But not a problem. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. We had a wonderful trip despite the rain!

This was a great stay! We had plenty of space to gather and for privacy. We were in a good location for the parade routes and easy access to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. I highly recommend this stay and we look forward to booking with this host again. Happy Mardi Gras y'all!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The rooms were spacious and the ensuite bathrooms were well apportioned for us to be able to gather and still have space to be apart. The beds were clean and comfortable in every room. The dining room table turned out to be a great, unexpected gathering place. Because the kitchen was so well equipped, we even took the opportunity to eat breakfasts in together in the mornings. Magazine Street is such a great place to walk, shop and find delicious restaurants. We LOVED our time on the front porch people watching in perfect weather. Everyone in our group commented that the house made the trip extra special.

We had a great stay! The instructions were very clear and I appreciated all the safety measures. It was close enough to the French Quarter for a quick ride to and from. There was great communication and we enjoyed the space!

Stayed with a group of friends for my birthday weekend. The home was beautiful and extremely well appointed. Every room had its own bathroom which is ideal when several couples are staying in one place. Alleshia provided a terrific list of local attractions and “handy hints” and the location was perfect - a short distance to all the action but also in a quiet neighborhood with nice restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again when in New Orleans.

What a great stay! Excellent place to enjoy New Orleans off the beaten path. Lots of fantastic restaurants and clubs to visit nearby but still very accessible to the French Quarter when you want it. The large spa/hot tub was a great touch.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and cared for. The host was truly exceptional — kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made such a difference and really set the tone for a relaxing, stress-free getaway. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. But the real showstopper? The pool — it was absolutely amazing! We spent hours there every day, whether swimming, lounging, or just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect centerpiece for our week-long stay. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it honestly felt like a home away from home. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about coming back. 10/10 — we couldn’t recommend this place more highly. If you’re looking for a special, memorable stay with outstanding hospitality, this is it.

We stayed for 6 nights/5 days for Mardi Gras! We are more than impressed with our stay! From the location, cleanliness, responsive host, the list goes on! The home was even better than described and we could have easily stayed here another week! Absolutely beautiful home and outside deck! Being right on the bayou and the ability to enjoy the wildlife and nature was unmatched! Not a far drive from New Orleans and felt very safe and at home! We will stay here every time we head to NOLA!!! If we could give 10 stars we would!

Cute space, it was exactly was we needed. Bedrooms are a bit small, but it was nice that two of them had restrooms inside. I would stay here again! Great communication from the hosts.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is gorgeous, spacious and modern. Very thoughtfully designed and the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day walking and exploring the city. Super comfortable beds, amazing showers, quiet surroundings. I would suggest renting a car as there is not too much in the immediate walking area, however the trolley was very close by and uber/lyft is super efficient throughout the city. Everything felt like a quick 10-15 minute drive away. Thomas was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to help out. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great spot. Came here for a bachelor party and had a great time. Had never been to NOLA so was a little unsure on the location, but was perfect. Brewery right across the street, some pretty good restaurants around the corner, and easy walk/uber/trolley to bourbon street. Additionally - very reasonable checkout process. Would stay again.
