Our stay at Tony and Leah’s cottagecore escape was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality—the perfect hosts who have clearly poured love and care into creating this serene lakeside haven. The space itself is even more beautiful in person. The stunning lake views from nearly every room, the luxurious soaking tub, and the cozy screened porch (a lifesaver for bug-free relaxation!) made it impossible not to unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with brand-new appliances, making cooking meals a joy, and the king-sized bed was so comfortable, we woke up feeling refreshed every morning. Our favorite spot? The dreamy daybed by the sliding glass doors—perfect for reading with a view—and the deck, where we enjoyed coffee at sunrise and grilled dinners at sunset. The no-wake lake made for peaceful kayaking, and the dock was ideal for lazy afternoons by the water.

The home is beautiful. It was clean and set up nicely. It felt like home. The instructions for entry and communication from the host was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

This was a beautiful cottage for our weekend getaway as a couple. I loved the home decor, and the water bottles in the fridge was very much appreciated. It was very private, and we enjoyed being close to nature. The hot tub was beautiful & we enjoyed relaxing in it. Would definitely love to come back!

I surprised my 9-Year-Old daughter with a mommy daughter overnight to Patti's cozy cabin. We were greeted by Dale the mule and Red the horse right away much to my daughter's surprise and excitement. This tiny cabin was the perfect place for us to read and color and spend time together, enjoying a quiet getaway. Giving horses the treats was a highlight for sure, the stars were beautiful at night and we didn't have time to make a fire but would have really enjoyed that setup as well. Patti was so kind and helpful and the cabin has been made into such a beautiful respite, cozy indeed! Loved this stay and not far from great restaurants in Michigan City and a beautiful sunset over the lake! We would love to return!

The host was very responsive to our needs and went above and beyond for us during our stay. Our stay was during cold weather and the lake was frozen over. Very beautiful and fun watching the ice fishing.

Peaceful cottage on Long Lake. Our family shared quality time on Labor Day weekend. Had a peaceful relaxing time. Had a campfire, played in the water. Loved the screened in porch and deck looking over the lake!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Gary’s place. The lake, the pontoon, paddle boards and pedal boat were used daily. It is private and quiet. There are plenty of life vests and even some large inner tubes you can take out on the water. The floating dock and lily pad were covered in goose poop while we were there so we didn’t use them. The house was comfortable and had more amenities than most air BNBs we’ve stayed at. Our favorite spot (besides being on the water) was drinking coffee and reading on the covered porch! Would recommend to families!!

Great host! Very friendly and helpful. Beautiful place to get away and relax. Enjoyed our stay and Amanda and Tim made it perfect for our family.

My family of three had a great stay. Our daughter had a hockey tournament at the Compton ice arena and Stephanie was so helpful. We even thought we’d have to extend our stay, so a bit of back and forth communication. She was there to help if we needed to stay longer or cut our time short. Loved her support. From when I booked the house to when I checked out. The house is adorable. Great attention to detail with their AirBnb. Every little detail was thought of which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would 100% be back.
