Holiday rentals in New Sandy Bay Village

We had a fantastic stay at the Pink House! We didn't realize what a huge holiday Easter is in the Caribbean, and our hosts were so helpful in getting us through our arrival on Sunday even though we were on an early ferry. The location really is perfect- quiet and tucked away, but close enough for easy access to the beach and Belmont walkway and short (20-30 min) walks to Lower Bay and Friendship Bay. Lovely garden with a shaded patio and just enough view of the harbor. Oli's recommendations of local places to eat were great too!

Sunny Palm Villa is a wonderful retreat in the hills surrounding Laborie, with a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. It was lovely to have our own private porch and the studio style room is perfectly sized for 2, with a well-equipped kitchen for a short stay. Brunetta is very responsive and helped us to arrange a day trip to Soufrière, and even picked us up from the village in the evening, as we didn’t rent a car. We walked to Laborie Beach most days, which is about 30 minutes on foot (manageable but you definitely need comfy shoes and to be aware of cars!). It is worth the walk though, as Laborie is a lovely village with a beautiful beach and great food, and returning to the Villa always felt like a nice escape. Wilson’s Restaurant is also just a few minutes up the hill from the Villa, and we had many delicious meals there after long days at the beach. If you’re looking for a peaceful, calm stay near Laborie, Brunetta’s place is perfect. We definitely hope to be back soon!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! Communication with the host was seamless and prompt, making everything smooth from start to finish. The villa itself was stunning, with a perfect blend of comfort and style. The access to the private beach was a standout feature – peaceful and picturesque. The welcome Creole dinner was a thoughtful touch and absolutely delicious, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. We also loved the unique outdoor showers – such a refreshing and luxurious experience. The sunsets from the pool area were simply unbeatable – a highlight of each evening. This place truly offers a slice of paradise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway!

Shayan and Angela were very helpful, in the communication and in meeting us as we arrived. Split amongst 7 people the money was absolutely worth it, would highly recommend this place for a nice stay in Labourie. We were able to venture down some tracks, and get to the bay only 10 minutes away. The place itself had so many appliances and amenities, it felt like a home. Our group enjoyed our stay and were able to spend lots of time admiring the view but also enjoying the comfy couches and cool air conditioning. Spacious and clean, thank you hosts!

Great stay here. Very easy check in & they arranged for a pickup at the airport & back to the airport- that was a great help! Nylar was very helpful & just across the street. The apartment is a nice size, as described in the listing. Note there is no air in the kitchen , living room & bathroom but there is in the bedrooms so that was nice (this is noted in the description online). There are ceiling fans in all areas & you get a nice breeze. Right on the water- there is a nice beach area (make sure you bring your own beach/pool towels). The attached patio was nice to sit out on and enjoy the view. The pool up on the rooftop is perfect to dip in & cool off and you can dip in & look at the sea at the same time. There are several restaurants in walking distance & stores to get water/drinks &snacks. They take USD however it is preferred to bring local dollars- most do not take CC and the banks do not accept any torn or badly wrinkled USD.

Fabulous place, amazing views we spent most mornings and evenings just sitting on the balcony enjoying the vista. Very comfortable house and well equipped. Debra next door bought around some delicious home cooked food which was very welcome. Must have a car to really enjoy this place, would highly recommend.

Kayla and Felix made us feel like family. We had been on a sail trip and wanted a place with a pool and Felix and Kayla offer supper and breakfast cooking for a reasonable price. It was absolutely delicious and we had such a wonderful time talking and getting to know all about there experiences and love of food. It was such authentic Caribbean food, it was wonderful. We had a chance to visit sandy beach and watch kiters, there was a wonderful restaurant and bar at sandy beach. I’m so happy we had spent a couple of days exploring Vieux fort and time at this wonderful Villa. The apartments are so spacious, beautifully decorated and the wood work made by Felix was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and lovely big bathroom. I felt so welcomed, spoiled and loved by this beautiful couple. Felt like family . I loved st Lucia and thank you for welcoming me. Don’t rush off from Vieux fort, it’s a lovely town, beach and the Villa with a pool is a rare find !
