Michele's place was exactly as advertised. Very close to some great beaches and towns as well as any amenity you could need. The neighbourhood was very quiet and nice. All of the neighbours we encountered were very friendly. The house itself was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home!

Heidy and her husband Michael were absolutely wonderful hosts while we were visiting Lake Mary. We loved the Sanford area and all the recommendations Heidy gave us. Their home is beautiful, clean, cozy and the backyard is an absolute dream. Our girls loved the pool. It is “cannon ball approved” by my 10 yo. My husband accidentally left the garage door open when we left for Universal for the day, but Michael was notified and kindly went and closed it and checked on the house for us. We loved having them close by. They were so sweet and helpful. We had the best time on our vacation and can’t wait to visit again.

Jenny was amazing. She always responded quickly and was all over any requests I made. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to work with Jenny. The house was plenty big and fairly well equipped. We had a dog that enjoyed the fenced in yard.

The house worked well for our family of six. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to some great restaurants and easy to get to other attractions.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jim's. It is a very nice house and well worth the money! Yoburt the cat is awesome company and a great host! Will go back again if we need a place to stay.

Place is just as described and shown in the photos. House is clean and had all items available as described. Quiet area, walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. One of the main reasons for choosing this place is that it is dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

I couldn't love this cute little house more! Location was just what we were looking for; close to Daytona Beach but far enough away for peace and quiet. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Park across the street was a nice plus and the view of the river was lovely!

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

The house was just as described! It was in a quiet area which was really nice to get back to after a busy day! The backyard was also amazing for laying out!

We absolutely loved staying here. The home was extremely comfortable and warm. The house was updated and had a light, breezy feel. The furniture was comfortable and allowed our group to stretch out and relax. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and was very well organized. We were in town for a race so didn't use the beach equipment but there was definitely plenty to make your vacation easy. We will absolutely stay here the next time we come to Daytona Beach. Definitely one of my favorite AirBnBs.

Staying here was amazing, we were close to everything and the neighborhood was safe. We got to grill outside in the backyard while my little ones played, and everyone had enough space in the house to have their own privacy. We really appreciated how clean everything was, and also that they had the house stocked with necessities already like detergent, dish soap, trash bags, towels (also beach towels), and extra blankets. This was an amazing trip for our first time at the beach and we will definitely book this place again when we go back to Daytona Beach. I highly recommend this stay. Also! There was a helpful book about the local area that they left for us. It had recommendations on restaurants, grocery stores, local places to visit, and what to do for checkout. The hosts were also very nice and informative from the get go so no worries and no hiccups along the way with our stay. Thank y'all for being great hosts! This made our first trip to the beach the very best.

Claritza, we had a good time at the show and felt like home staying at your place. It was very comfortable, spacious and organized. Looking forward to stay there again for another event in your neighborhood.

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

The spot was very nice and the location was perfect and the way the house was equipped with items guests were able to use was so resourceful.We enjoyed every minute of being here and might come back again.Thank you guys for letting us stay in your place.
