Smoking friendly holiday rentals in New South Wales

I slept like a dream! It was clean, comfortable and well serviced. I travel a fair bit and never get to sleep in a bed that comfy, a place that quiet and so easy to get to a temperature you want. It felt very much like a home away from home. Will 110% look to stay again!

Great location to base a stay in Sydney. Easy access to trams and trains and plenty of restaurants in the area. Comfortable stay.

A wonderful spacious apartment. Everything was very clean and well maintained Rosalie responded quickly and helpfully to our questions.

Amazing stay at Morna Magic! Mark and Maria are wonderful hosts who go above and beyond with their hospitality. The living space was well equipped and wonderfully decorated for a sea-side experience. Place was clean and we felt right at home walking in. Located close to Biribi Beach for your Dune activities! Would definitely visit again. 10/10!!!

Had a great stay here. Easy to get around with a bus stop not far away. Direct bus to Sydney centre and to Bondi. Sue was very friendly and we were very comfortable. Was great for our New Years holiday to Sydney

We stayed for a few days and absolutely loved the place. Ann was such a lovely and friendly host and the house was so clean and tidy. She even provided toiletries and kitchen items to use for cooking. The pool was immaculate and the Spa was so clean. There’s a shopping centre no more than 5 mins away and lots of restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Stefan’s house is a fantastic property and he is a fantastic host. Love the old beach vibes decor, close to the beach, the backyard is a perfect spot for relaxing with kids. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Andrew was delightful to deal with and went above and beyond as a guest to make our stay as excellent as possible The pictures don’t do the home justice. Luke’s home is a true escape. I had the chance to meet him and he was friendly and welcoming—a thoughtful host who added a personal touch to our stay. The Balinese-inspired decor, filled with unique art and treasures, creates a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels both luxurious and liveable. The chef’s kitchen was a dream to cook in, with its huge fridge and oven, and the entire space was spotlessly clean. Tucked away in the bush, surrounded by trees and complete privacy, it’s the perfect retreat. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the small pool was pristine and refreshing. With plenty of air conditioning and thoughtful touches throughout, it was effortless to relax and unwind. This place is special—a seamless blend of tranquility, style, and comfort. We went over the Australia Day long weekend, a family of 5 with 2 dogs. The house was exactly as described and we were welcomed with a house warming treat which the kids loved! The house is central to a variety of Jervis Bay's beautiful beaches, a couple within walking distance and Vincentia shops also in walking distance. The house had a lovely yard for the dogs to entertain themselves, internet for the kids on the gloomy day and a space for the adults to have some quiet time. Paul was so lovely to deal with and very responsive, he was an absolutely great host! We would recommend this house and would love the opportunity to come back when we visit the area again. We were there for a family occasion for the week and from the moment of early check-in, communication was brilliant, Phou and Luke were just amazing. Would recommend this to anyone who needed large group booking. The house had everything you could need and more. Was an easy walk to the train station every day. And the pub on the corner was excellent. Five minute walk to Marrickville shopping Centre. You couldn’t ask for more. I cannot recommend enough. Thanks guys. You made our week very memorable.

Simply amazing place. Beautifully furnished and decorated, it felt like home straight away. The most comfortable beds ever with quailty bed linen and towels. This is my second stay with Silvia, I would not go anywhere else when visiting Sydney. The apartment is spotless and the location very convenient. Silvia is helpful and communicates well, responding to any questions swiftly. I loved the pool and the special touch’s that Silvia provides such as a small selection of snacks in the room . Highly recommended, but be quick as she is often fully booked!

A terrific host with deep local knowledge. Happy to engage or give you your space depending on your mood and what you require. The location in Kingston is second to none. Would highly recommend.

Having public transport on the doorstep does have drawbacks, however we knew about the noise from the trams and the positives outweighed the negatives.

Grant and Jodee were amazing hosts. the place is outstanding and the views incredible. I so wanted to stay longer. it really is an amazing place to recharge, really comfortable and beautiful. I left some boardies and the amazing hosts even washed them and dropped them back to me. above and beyond hosts

Was a perfect little place for us to stay. Good size unit with everything we needed, great facilities in the kitchen, comfy bed and sofa was good too. Not too far from w Westfield Liverpool which had coles and good food, and good coffee. A short down to the local park. Great communication, and fantastic instructions on everything. Thank you for such a neat place, thoroughly recommend and would stay again!
