The glasshouse is an architecturally designed garden residence, maximising passive solar gain, just 5 mins from city. There is wood heating, electric/gas heaters and air cons in rooms. Free on/off street parking, Wifi, smart tv, well equipped kitchen with pantry staples. Childrens toys, high chair, stroller, a large deck, and Weber BBQ etc. This private double glazed, north facing glasshouse is in a leafy heritage street with superb mountain views. Its a supremely sunny, warm light-filled home.

Fully self contained, 2 bedroom unit with free off street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking stunning heritage listed trees. A five minute walk to the New Town shopping centre with all conveniences. Bus stop to/ from city around the corner. Comfortable, well equipped unit with TV, modern bathroom, heat pump, full kitchen with eat in dining area & WiFi. Unit is on ground floor of house. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed with single bed bunk over.

Come Stay with Us We have a lovely little self contained cottage, nice & cosy with 1 double bed verandah to sit and enjoy the garden Located in Moonah, walking distance to local cafes and restaurants, bottle shops, supermarkets etc. A bike ride along the bike track to the city or out to Mona. Funky Lutana Studio + Courtyard

Built in 2018 to be a comfortable and peaceful haven for your Hobart explorations, the studio has a kitchenette with stovetop, microwave and fridge. We’ve sourced quality furniture, linen and appliances, and a very comfy bed. We're a 7-min drive to the CBD and 10 to MONA. Buses are limited, so a car is recommended, but Ubers to the city are very affordable at between $10-15. We also have a riverside reserve 3min walk away. We welcome people from all backgrounds and persuasions.

Our aim is to make your stay special and memorable. Relax with the stunning views and private space. It is warm, spacious, comfortable and self contained. The studio connects to a second separate bedroom which can be made available for additional guests. There is an outside deck for the exclusive use of guests.
