Beautiful Brooklyn space in Prospect Heights!

Gorgeous , sunny one bedroom in my home. My home is a beautiful historic brownstone. Newly renovated throughout. It's located in one of the most desired, hip areas in Brooklyn with great restaurants and nightlife nearby. Close to all transportation, the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. A very safe neighborhood for walks. You can ride the train directly from Penn Station or JFK to the apartment. We have an apartment wide Next Generation HEPA Filtration System to protect against viruses.

Bright and Open Private Suite

You will enjoy a private suite in our home with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, comfortable chair and smart TV. A second bedroom has a full size bed. The suite also has a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a skylight! The space is open and light filled looking out onto a beautiful tree filled backyard and garden. The front patio has a stunning cherry tree which is full of ripe cherries in late June!! At this time, no pets permitted.

Cozy & Modern -2 BR near NYC, American Dream.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. We are about 8 minutes away from Newark Penn Station, which is then a 20 minute train ride from Manhattan (New York Penn Station). If you choose to uber, it is a 28 minute ride to Manhattan. The other alternative is the PATH train at Newark Penn Station, which will take you to the Freedom Tower in Manhattan in 20 minutes as well. 20 minutes from American Dreams.
