The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here as it was very close to a wedding nearby. The entire place was very clean. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped including a coffee machine stocked with coffee beans ready to make any drinks you want. The table and lounge was comfortable and spacious for socialising. Great place to stay would definitely stop here again if we ever needed to be in Nottingham.

Beautiful relaxing night spent at this beautiful home.. Everything g you could need and want. Even had ballon’s on arrival for my son’s birthday.

Great property, cosy home Very comfortable, clean, well decorated and equipped. We came very late and were worried about finding milk for my little one during Bank Holiday. I Was greatly surprised as Emma left fresh milk in the fridge and biscuits by the kettle. The beds were very comfortable. had everything needed. The book of information on the table was so helpful and Emma’s mother checked on us to make sure things were ok. Had a lovely stay and definitely recommend it. Only one awkward thing when reaching the house… there is on-street parking and also a private place..Careful following your SatNav entering the one way..

This was our 2nd stay. The host is very responsive to messages and the instructions were clear to collect keys. The house was great for a family stay and would recommend 😀

We had a great stay at this house. Very modern fittings and great communication from the host. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. There was also great WiFi and great kitchen facilities.

Lovely home and very comfortable for 2 adults and 3x children from 9-15 y/o. House worked very well as a base for us, but could also happily have spent more time there. it felt suitably spacious and well set up. James was wonderfully responsive throughout.

We chose Nathe's place as it was dog friendly and close to the common. It has enclosed garden and parking. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door, as did our dogs. Thank you from us all

The studio itself is perfect for solo travellers, couples or younger families. It’s is perfectly equipped in all areas and is very homely without being overwhelming. East Leake is a lovely quiet village with a whole host of amenities including one very good pub, The Nags head. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or book again. Thank you!

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It was just a one night stay whilst we were attending an event nearby lovely and warm on arrival immaculately clean and comfortable beds.

Great location close to tram - Mat and Kieran are very responsive hosts - we stayed for a week and was perfect for our needs - we loved the vibe of the area.

We were visiting Gainsborough for a weekend event, and this was a perfect place to stay. Despite being next to a road, it was quiet inside, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a spacious lounge. Good communication and some milk, tea etc provided ☺️ We hope to return in the future.

Great communication prior to arrival and the booking in process was smooth. Parking for both cars was a bonus. The apartment was exceptionally clean and exactly as described. Milk, coffee, etc a bonus. Even with the windows open the area was quiet and had a great nights sleep on a comfy bed. Excellent location with the city centre 15mins walk in one direction and Trent Bridge Cricket Ground 15mins in the other. Already waiting for next year’s cricket fixtures to come out so I can book it again. Exceptional apartment and I would highly recommend.

Everything as described by the listing. Very clean stocked with amenities (WiFi, TV, BT speaker, TP, towels, shampoo shower gel, iron etc) so not just an empty apartment. Easy to get hold of host, instructions were clear & check in/ out was really easy. Would recommend if looking for a large city centre space with parking.

Was as an absolutely lovely accommodation, exactly as described! All instructions were very well explained and found the bnb very easily.

10/10 stay in a beautiful flat and a really friendly owner with very clear instructions on how to get inside - she was even nice enough to let us leave our car behind for a little while after checkout. Couldn't recommend enough!

We had a fantastic stay. The flat is a perfect base for exploring the nearby forest. It was warm and cosy and had everything we needed. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a co-op and bakery. Sarah and Paul are great hosts.

A lovely penthouse apartment ideally situated just 2mins walk to the town centre for plenty of bars and restaurants. Responsive comms made things quick and easy and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nottingham.

Lovely 2nd floor flat. Communal entryway feels safe, and is also clean. Flat was nice and warm on arrival. Off-street parking Infront of the building, albeit quite narrow. Juliet responded promptly when we had a couple of queries.
