Holiday rentals with a patio in Newcastle East

We enjoyed our stay here in cooks hill. Fabulous location. Walking distance to everything we needed. The kitchen was great to cook a nice meal. We would book again for sure!

Moira’s apartment was a fabulous spot to spend Christmas - it was clean and well stocked and she had gone the extra mile with Christmas decorations and even a couple of gifts under the tree! Her communication was excellent and I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone needing a spot to stay in Newcastle. Thanks Moira!

We had a wonderful stay at Bianca’s. The location was perfect, easily walkable to cafés, restaurants, harbour walk, beach, lighthouse, etc. The apartment was very well supplied with dishes and appliances. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, having a drink, and listening to and watching the birds at dusk. We had a kookaburra that sat each evening on a branch right by the balcony. We would definitely stay again.

The residence was spacious enough for 4 adults and our two infants, who we often struggle to fit in our room when travelling. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to our short stay! Nicole was a great host, super responsive and flexible!

This little house is very cute, comfy and cosy. Maree went to so much trouble to make sure you had everything you needed. The chocolates and sweets were perfect Marees house is very cute. She has added so much personality to it to make it feel like home. The kitchen is well stocked with teas and coffees, biscuits and treats. We really loved our little stay. The pull out sofa bed was comfy too. Definitely recommend for a couple or two single people.

Lovely place to stay, amazing view of the beach, close to the city.

What a lovely place! I couldn't recommend this stay more. It was such a relaxing weekend, and we will definitely be back. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond, the house was beautifully styled and cozy.

We had a wonderful stay! Ola and Barn truly thought of every detail, making our experience so much more enjoyable. The kids’ room was a highlight—complete with a toy box full of hours of entertainment! We even had beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the house that made the holiday extra special. It felt like they went above and beyond to create a welcoming, thoughtful space for our entire family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, from all sorts of plates and dishes for our antipasto platter to even the tiniest things you might forget—like a screwdriver! We were so grateful for that, especially when we realized we needed it to add batteries to the kids’ Christmas presents. The little touches made all the difference, and it felt like the hosts were truly invested in ensuring we had a perfect stay. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, thoughtful, and well-equipped getaway! Thank you Ola & Barn!

We had a wonderful time. The house was super clean, had plenty of space and the kids loved the pool.

Very peaceful place to stay, the water is beautifully calming as are the cute family of ducks that come to say hello. We didn’t have a chance to use the kayaks but it’s really lovely to have the option as the water looked amazing to paddle out on. View from the main bedroom is lovely in the morning. Had a couple small hiccups which the hosts were extremely responsive with, which was very appreciated :-)

Our stay was great, the location is perfect, close to the park, short drive to main restaurants, shops and cafes. Laura was friendly and helpful.

We live in the area and just needed a place to crash while we had some work done at home. The house is beautiful and airy and instructions were crystal clear. We loved having a little staycation in the best suburb in Newy!
