Luxury rentals in Newport Bay

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedding that made for an amazing night’s sleep. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or to explore the area, this place has everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

This home was beautiful. It was perfect for our family with a room downstairs and two Jack and Jill rooms upstairs. The furniture was comfortable and I loved the heated patio. We never really needed to use the parking space provided but I imagine in peak times it would be very much needed. Lots of great restaurants and shops to walk to and grocery store just across the street. We will definitely keep this place in mind for next time.

This place is a gem. It’s literally a few steps away from the beach in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house itself is a sanctuary, has all your amenities that you might need and want, two terraces to soak up the California sun. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting the OC/Newport area.

Lovely home in a perfect location for walking to the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchenware is well stocked for making meals there. Host is very responsive and I would absolutely stay there again!
