Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Newport County

We had such a great family vacation in Narragansett! Laura was very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend her home!

We absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was clean which is extremely important to me. We were walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive to downtown Newport. They were responsive hosts and had everything you need when staying somewhere (a steamer, blowdryer, dish soap, extra towels, etc). The Airbnb was extremely spacious and the beds were comfortable. There were two bathrooms and plenty of mirrors throughout the house which made it easy for all the girls to get ready at the same time. The outdoor amenities were so nice every night. Their instructions were clear of everything we needed and easy to find things in the house (trash bags, tissues, etc) . An amazing low stress weekend. Very highly recommend staying here.

Older home with character. Loved the interior decor and it was centrally located for our needs in Newport.

We enjoyed staying quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well prepared. convenient location to go to Newport also. Had good time with friend running Newport marathon together. This was my first time Air bnb experience and I am more comfortable to book going forward. Thanks.

Nice place in a great location. Walkable to main st with many restaurants and shops, and also to the waterfront. Scott is a great host, quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great location with all great restaurants and shops within steps of the house. Easy 10 min walk to Bowen's wharf, and also a delightful 25 min walk to the Mansions and Cliff Walk. House was very well equipped. Only slight issue was the only bathroom upstairs has a slanted ceiling above the sink, so a bit hard to navigate during our stay... Newport was beyond our expectations and this house made our visit even more perfect!

We brought in 2025 with our family friends in this charming home. Our daughters loved the sunroom which is adjacent to the kitchen. We enjoyed making smores by the fire pit out back and walking to the beach. Rebeca’s recommendations were spot on and she was very accommodating. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway or extended stay.

We had a great time staying at Jennifer's property for a girls getaway weekend. She was communicative before and during our trip -- very helpful and prompt when we had some trouble sorting out the heat and dishwasher, was kind enough to drop off a beautiful charcuterie board, and shared lots of local recommendations and tips. She messaged us when the Northern Lights were visible later at night, and when we mentioned we had plans for our last day in town, she proactively offered us a later checkout which was greatly appreciated so we didn't have to rush out. The property is also in a great spot - we felt safe, good amount of street parking available (though the property does come with 1 driveway spot), and is within walking distance to Broadway and a quick car ride to the mansions and main downtown area. Quiet at night but close to a lively area in the daytime. Overall we had a great time, and we are so grateful!

Our stay at Jay’s place was fantastic for a weekend getaway in Newport. The location is unbeatable. Comfortable accommodations and walkable to everything. Would 100% recommend this stay!

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

Our group loved staying at this property. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The location is awesome with shops and restaurants just steps away. Alexander’s art showcased in this home is beautiful. I highly recommend visiting Blink Gallery on the first floor! We hope to be back!

Nice place to stay. Easy to find and was quiet and had all the essentials.

The listing was perfect for our family of two adults and two kids. Everything was exactly as listed. It IS on a busy street, but we couldn't hear any outside noises even with window cracked open at night. Bathrooms were stocked with hotel-esque amenities, kitchen had everything needed (pot holders would be only added benefit) with some additional things that were nice to see!, tv in living room, vacuum in closet, extra pillows and blankets of needed. Location was a perfect distance from Newport and Providence areas. Was right near everything we wanted. There is even a small playground walking distance away. Would return in a heart beat! It is on the second floor of a three story building with people commonly above and below. This didn't bother us one bit.

Jeff's place is the perfect place to stay in Newport, everything you need to see and do is within walking distance. The place itself is very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need, the beds are super comfortable, and the living room area is cozy and a nice place to relax and watch a game, show or movie. And the front bar area is a pretty cool place to people watch, and hang out. I would definitely stay Jeff's place again when in Newport again.

Great location, walkable to restaurants, bars and Bellevue Ave. the apartment was super cozy and great for two couples or a family.

We loved staying here! We wanted a nice place to relax but in town and we definitely got our money's worth!! We also loved that we could bring our pup and Trip and Christina not only made us feel great about having a dog in their space, but sent us specific places and things to do in the area with him. They accommodated our early checkin and the place was stocked with anything we could possibly need! Would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is absolutely amazing - walkable to everything (beach, shops, restaurants) but tucked away on a quieter street. The place had high ceilings and was more spacious than we had anticipated. Beautiful newly renovated bathroom. George was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to resolve any problems we had! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean and affordable! The hot tub was great and well designed home with plenty of space! Will definitely be back with our kids.

This location was great! The wedding we attended was right down by the wharf, so it made our planning much easier by not relying on Ubers or Lyfts!

Perfect studio for a couple or two friends! It was clean, easy to get to, walkable to all the main Newport restaurants & bars and most of all, DOG FRIENDLY! My friend was able to take her dog to a park near by and the place itself wasn’t too small for a dog. Only thing I’ll add is that if you’re super tall, the shower might be a little tough to fit in but was not an issue for me at 5’6. I’d highly recommend this place! The host was also clear with instructions & very responsive. It made the experience of check in and checkout seamless.
