Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Newport

Our stay was fantastic. I had a little trouble unlocking (user error) and Claire was very quick to help out. The house was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Joseph messaged me after check in to make sure everything was to our standards. It exceeded all expectations. The furniture and beds were Very comfortable and clean. The house is very close to an excellent bagel shop and only 10 minutes from downtown Newport. We felt right at home. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for our family. The beds were soft and comfortable, the linens and pillows were high-quality. The place was absolutely spotless clean. The backyard and property was quiet and serene. Thoughtful details like step stools to reach higher shelves or for toddler handwashing. Our twins loved sleeping on the trundle bed. Beautifully curated artwork throughout the home. Quiet street with historic homes. Location was perfect for us- near our extended family. We look forward to staying again.

I’ve been to many Air BnBs but this one is my Top choice. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while my son was in town visiting. Also what blew me away was how clean and well-stocked this place was for families of all ages. Thank you so much, Coleen, and hope to stay here again when more family members come to visit.

We could not have asked for a more gracious and conscientious hostess. Pat, the hostess, thinks of every possible item one could need and generously supplies them. Her place is immaculate, laden with interesting and unique linens, art work, kitchen items, furniture...every where one looks there is something new to see. She communicates reliably and respectfully- and was responsive if we had a question. The location is safe and convenient- near Hope St, Brown, downtown, highways, shopping. Pat's place is wonderfully set up for outdoor eating and relaxing during warm months. She loves flowers and makes sure her garden is blooming and well taken care of. She frequently left a vase of flowers for us. She clearly tremendously enjoys hostessing her guests!

I’ve spent the last three years staying at Airbnbs near URI and this was the best one! The home was clean, spacious and cozy. Close enough to URI and a great last stay for my son’s graduation. The kitchen has tons of stuff and having a living room and den was great for daytime lounging. I’m sad I found this place at the end of our time in RI. Thanks Lisa!

Beautiful historic home that has been well maintained and updated with modern amenities. We had a wonderful stay. Would recommend if you are looking to stay in the area!

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

Our time at Paul’s place was simply unreal. What a great venue for a New Year’s Celebration. Responsive host and super easy to get a hold of regarding check in and out. One of the best AirBnb in Newport for a group of 10-15!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Michael’s and it was just as great as the first! Outstanding! The apartment was IMMACULATE, quiet and comfy. I immensely appreciated Michael’s attention to fine detail and I loved the decor! I had everything I needed and the location was great. I will definitely stay here again ♥️

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

Amazing 1 week stay with 2 friends Great place great location.. wonderful linens .. a bottle of wine awaited us Got extra coffee when needed . Debbie was amazing .. we did laundry while there and quarters provided .. would definitely stay again ..

Sue and Scott’s place was perfect for me when my heat was broken and I needed a place to stay for over a week. The apartment is cozy, clean, and quiet, and has lots of thoughtful touches like a white noise machine in the bedroom, streaming services on the TV, coffee, creamer, etc. the decor is super cute and the whole apartment matches the airbnb description perfectly. I was particularly impressed with Sue’s responsiveness with my very last minute booking, which she was able to accommodate. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our third year at Michael’s and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect for biking or walking, the apartment is the right size for our little family and has everything we need. Michael is super responsive and helpful, the local beach is perfect. We will likely be back again next year!

We loved staying here! We wanted a nice place to relax but in town and we definitely got our money's worth!! We also loved that we could bring our pup and Trip and Christina not only made us feel great about having a dog in their space, but sent us specific places and things to do in the area with him. They accommodated our early checkin and the place was stocked with anything we could possibly need! Would definitely stay here again

Spotless, great location, has everything you need and an adorable little backyard which I imagine is great in warm weather! Was great for my dog. Just a heads up that locking the door on the way out can be a little tricky you just need to play around w the code and turning the lock for a bit.

Troy's place is perfection! Great location and incredibly clean. The bed was very comfortable, too! It was our first time visiting Newport and will definitely be back. The condo was walkable to everything. Troy was very responsive. We will definitely be back to Newport in the future and hope to stay at Troys place, if it's available.

Perfect studio for a couple or two friends! It was clean, easy to get to, walkable to all the main Newport restaurants & bars and most of all, DOG FRIENDLY! My friend was able to take her dog to a park near by and the place itself wasn’t too small for a dog. Only thing I’ll add is that if you’re super tall, the shower might be a little tough to fit in but was not an issue for me at 5’6. I’d highly recommend this place! The host was also clear with instructions & very responsive. It made the experience of check in and checkout seamless.

Very nice place. Checking in was super easy. Parking is whack but that’s the city for ya. Sheets had some odd discoloration in spots but were still clean.
