It was nice staying in this place

The most satisfying accommodation I've stayed in Vietnam. Although it was located in the center of the city, the trees were visible from the window, so I was able to enjoy the secluded and relaxed scenery. Delicious restaurants are nearby and Haiphong's sights are all around the accommodation. The interior of the accommodation was also spacious, and there was a bidet in the bathroom with a bathtub, and the warm water came out well and was clean.

We had a blast! Pros: • The penthouse matched all the pictures with a fully-equipped kitchen. There were 6 wine glasses, plenty of shot glasses and lots of cooking utensils. • All the decoration was done nicely and the lighting was great (bedrooms even had floor lights). • The balcony was HUGE and even had a BBQ grill that we regretted not bringing food to use it. • The host was very responsive and helpful, helping us in every way they could. • There were 1-2 small grocery stores on the ground floor. They even sold ice! • There was a Vietcombank ATM right at the entrance. • This complex doesn’t have much of a nice view but they have a large playground on the inner yard. Cons: • The TV in the master bedroom seemed like a domestic Chinese product, unlike the TV in the living room. We couldn’t access anything with that Chinese-only display (no YouTube or Netflix buttons). • There is no microwave in the kitchen. • Ceiling/floor is not very thick or soundproof. Highly recommended!

Minh was an excellent host. Often replying within 2 minutes from any question or message. Minh also organised taxis and a cruise for us on Ha Long Bay too which were excellent. That place is great!

⭐ Sandy is an amazing host! ⭐ The apartment is in a Five Star Hotel Apartments with a view of Halong Bay, It’s incredibly beautiful, peaceful and spotless clean 🧼✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities for cooking and 🍳, laundry 🧺. Everything was just perfect – I truly felt at home 🏡💖. My family had a great stay at Nguyen's apartment. This is really a beautiful apartment, the furniture is very new. The apartment is on the 32nd floor of the building so you can see the sea from all rooms, there is a bit bitter the weather is not supportive so I have not seen the full beauty of Ha Long. The apartment is also very fully equipped with basic utilities. Nguyen was very responsive to questions and always proactively sent you helpful instructions. Thank you very much, if I have a chance I will definitely go through this apartment again.

Great service. The host is extremely friendly and helps out whenever I need. This is a great choice when coming to Hai Phong

10/10 stay, if i could give a higher rating i would!! Such a lovely apartment. Everything was perfect. Amazing attention to detail throughout the apartment. The host was so lovely, provided everything I needed and more. I would definitely recommend staying here if you would like a fabulous place to relax and enjoy some amazing views of the bay!

Kat's place was good. great location. Kat as a Host was so responsible and friendly always response my messages on time. She gave good institutions for check in.
