We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

The location of the accommodation is close to surrounding attractions, so convenient!There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a great place to stay!

Room was quieter than I expected, in a good location, and comfortable. Room cleaning was done every two days, which was enough.

Really enjoyed our 6 days stay here in Saigon at our apartment. Thao was always responsive and the apartment has everything we needed. It is walkable to many restaurants, our favourite is Bun Cha Xuan Tu. We felt safe walking back home even late at night, and the alleys were kept clean at all times. Highly recommend ☺️

My family had a great stay at this condo. From the moment we entered, we were impressed with the spacious space, luxurious design and fully furnished. The private pool was very clean, the water was clear and cool, my whole house enjoyed taking a dip and relaxing every day. The professional pool table is also a big plus, helping people to have more moments of fun together.

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

Luxury 2 bedrooms apartment, exquisite design, located in a busy urban area with many utilities such as restaurants, eateries, parks and commercial centers. The space is cozy, full of modern furniture, making it feel like home. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and accommodating. Well worth the experience.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

The apartment is spacious, convenient, really cool view, great books, and simple furnitures, free of cluster. The surrounding food is great (try the porridge across the street - tiny little place). Hosts’ hospitality and responsiveness are unmatched, super helpful and kind as they let me have their unused bag because I couldn’t find anything that fits my needs. Bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to the street noise as the Karaoke across the street can get loud at night (but very lively - recommend joining them for a night or two).

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. The pool is not located in the same building and only open until 9pm unfortunately.

She was very kind and responded quickly to questions. I took care of the problem as soon as it happened, and if I come back here I will stay again next time.

Great place to finish our holiday. The complex is quiet and the pool area was particularly lovely.

Giang's place was a great spot. Good value for the money and in a tucked in area of the city, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk around to restaurants, sites, etc. Giang himself was a cool guy and very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Satisfying accommodations

The room is equipped with everything so it was really easy to get settled in. The hosts are very responsive and super helpful. It's a basic place, but there's always hot water, air-conditioning and the WiFi is suitable for working remotely. The bed is comfortable and the area is mostly quiet the whole day.

Staying at Bao's place was an absolute pleasure! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding, allowing for a flexible check-in time that worked perfectly for my schedule. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making me feel truly welcomed. The place itself was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return for another visit. Great place to stay in Phu Nhuan district. The apartment is within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. It is located in an alleyway off the street so noise was not an issue, very quiet at night. The apartment also has its own separate entrance which is very convenient. The host is also very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
