If you are planning a trip to Nha Trang, please look no further. Ly's place is lovely in every sense. Restaurants are nearby, the beach is just a few minutes walk away and transportation accessibility is good. The responses from the host and the caretaker are seamless. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my four nights. I really like the facilities or size.. The disadvantage is that it's a little far from downtown. Definitely recommend for those who enjoy a quiet vacation.

We’ve stayed at Le’s beautiful and comfortable villa for 8 days with 4 of my friends. We used 5 separate rooms and never disturbed each other if that’s not needed. The open area is amazing with a pool, bbq, huge kitchen and a great view to Vinpearl and the fireworks which takes place there. 3 rooms have the same sea view as the pool, others two - garden view. Every morning we had fresh breakfast with fruits and cleaners if needed. Le responded quickly to all our requests. Thanks a lot to Le for our amazing time in Nha Trang. I would love to come back!

I have nothing but good things to say about the place!! Beautiful place . Let’s start out with check in. We arrive pretty late 10pm and staff was there to greet us. Normal routine to check passport. A few plates of fresh cut fruits to welcome our stay. The villa is how it looks in pictures. It is spacious, awesome windows to enjoy the view to the ocean/island. Doesn’t feel enclosed at all when lounging from the living-room or the master bed. The infinity pool was nice to be in. Very nice scenic. There is a grill to do some bbq. Kids had a blast doing Karaoke for some entertainment. AC is very cold. I gotta say that I enjoy the staff making breakfast every morning. We would pre order the menu the night before: entree, drinks and fruits is always provided. A taste of Vietnamese food. Making the bed is always offer daily. Of all the Villas we stayed at, this is one of my favorite. Excellent customer service and headache free!!!!

very nice view of the villa, we can stay all day long and won't get tired of it. it's really good for family or friends trip to stay. we had a great time there. ^^

The surrounding environment is quiet, the scenery of the unique village in Vietnam is amazing and pretty, and it was nice to be able to enjoy it quietly without disturbing anyone using it as a private house. The chickens crowed in the morning, but they didn't get in the way too much. It was a very comfortable villa like my home. The interior was so clean, and the outdoor pool was large and spacious, so it was so nice to swim. I was also touched by the host's kindness during my stay, and the breakfast was so delicious. The sheep were also generous. It's about 15-20 minutes away from downtown, but they also helped me use a taxi and responded kindly to various requests. If you order dinner, they made it delicious and prepared fruit for us. He also helped me lock the door and gave me a lot of consideration so that I could rest comfortably while resting in the villa. I used it twice, and I was very satisfied both times. This is where I want to go again when I get a chance ~ ^ ^

Very nice house, and the housekeeper was so kind to help us and made the breakfast was also very delicious. Unique highlights: great location, well-designed house, lots of activity, with billiards, open-air pool, and cinema.It was a great stay and we will be back again.

Wow, Phil’s place was amazing!! Really felt at home and extremely safe at night. Perfect location to the beach days and also a short walk to the vibrant night life that Nha Trang has to offer. Several food places within blocks with quality food of all kinds. Would be a great spot for a family or like us passing travelers looking for a home fell like Bnb without drowning in resort life. Phil was helpful in all aspects and highly recommend his shuttle service to and from airport, was much cheaper for the 45 minute drive. Thanks again Phil and I hope we meet again!!!
