Beautiful, cozy home. Everything you could possibly need is provided for you. The unit is directly next to the owners home, yet felt very private. The courtyard is completely fenced off and provides a serene place to relax. Hosts were easy to reach and the location was perfect for an easy drive to the falls. Close by to many shopping plazas and restaurants.

A perfect experience! I’ve stayed at tons of Airbnbs… this was by far one of the best. The location is unbeatable. It’s literally a lakefront property, on one of the most beautiful beaches in Ontario. Sand stretching for miles and spectacular sunsets. Beautiful bikes trails, and surrounding wilderness. The caretakers of the home are readily available, to meet your every need. Outstanding service. I felt like I was staying in a 5-star resort, at a fraction of the price! The property is spacious with several comfy spots to sit and gaze out at the lake. There are a few different units on a large property. They are all completely separate. There is total privacy and tranquility. A perfect place for a peaceful retreat, or for summer family fun. Do yourself a favor and book this place! It’s an ideal set-up for a perfect vacation.

We loved how easy it was to get to, how close it was to amenities, and how clean everything was!

We had a great stay here, it was nice an peaceful and the surroundings were beautiful even in the colder months(mid November). Location was exactly what we wanted, very peaceful and literally right beside the Bruce trail and a wonderful vineyard. The host Joe was responsive to Al questions and our stay was exactly as advertised.

The coach house was charming and comfortable. The apartment was meticulously clean and we marvelled at the history of the property. In addition, the Friendship Trail is a minute away and perfect for a walk or bike ride in order to relax, reflect and enjoy all that nature has to offer. Crystal Beach is definitely worth the trip and about a 10 minute drive. In particular, Toni and Glen were the best hosts one could ask for. Toni welcomed us personally and had kindly prepared snacks for our arrival including fresh watermelon, cheese, crackers, pickles and olives which was such a lovely welcome. We have been to many Airbnbs and we considered their hospitality exceptional. If you are ever in the area, we highly recommend a stay at Toni and Glen's Airbnb!

Had a lovely stay here! Was looking for a pet friendly place to stay after attending a wedding in the area, and had a lovely time here! Being able to bring our dog was awesome. There was even a private backyard area for you to use! Also, the beds were also SUPER comfy!

This is a great place, in an excellent and quiet location. The Royal B & B hosts were thoughtful, accommodating, and gave great recommendations. The space was clean and as advertised with all essentials in order. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip around the Niagara area. Loved that the bathroom was accessible from the pool so I didn’t bring the wetness into the kitchen/bedroom area. I was concerned given a negative review about the bathroom but I quite liked it being a bit separate and tons of space in the hallway to get luggage in and out. We had no privacy concerns either, would highly recommend a get away here. Thoroughly enjoyed the full kitchen to cook a nice meal and enjoy on the patio. Definitely try a sandwich at the restaurant. I had the chicken parmigiana panino and it’s one of the best I’ve had! Loved the outdoor badminton games too. Thanks again Royal B&B!

Small 3 bedroom house that is well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Short drive to downtown St Catharines and Port Dalhousie. I stayed for 3 weeks Host was responsive to needs and addressed a repair issue promptly I would stay there again

My dad and his partner felt that it was a great place overall, just some noise from the house and the surrounding area did not have much to do.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and peaceful! Home away from home, we really enjoyed our stay and didnt wanted to end. Carol was super helpful, and accommodating. The cabin was very clean and well put together. We will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as advertised. The location is very convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Will be back and next time I will bring my bathing suit!

This place is absolutely beautiful and my boyfriend and I loved staying here:) Dawn is so nice and lovely to talk to, you can really tell how much she loved her animals by the way her face lights up when she talks about them. The animals are all so friendly and loving and the Hoblet is quaint, cozy, and very clean! I brought my cat and she loved it too. Truly a very nice place to get away from reality for a little while, will absolutely be coming back!

We stayed in Dec / Jan for 8 nights with 2 kids (5 and 2) and had the best time. This place is fantastic - bigger than it looks, all the details taken care of and immaculately clean. Lots of things for young kids - cot, highchair, plastic plates etc. Lots of thoughtful details to make the stay easier ie. dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, washing up liquid. The decor makes the place feel so nice and new too, it’s clearly been recently renovated and everything is lovely - lighting, colours, furniture. There is a review somewhere which says it’s noisy as it’s a downstairs unit. We didn’t experience this at all - only occasional creaking floorboards as people moved around upstairs but not noticeable as it’s well soundproofed, lots better than most apartments. The owners were great too and very responsive. We would absolutely stay again.

Kevin was a wonderful host and we enjoyed watching the solar eclipse from Niagara Falls, which was a short walk away.

We enjoyed our stay in the private suite overlooking the garden. It was so nice to look out at the flowers and wildlife (birds, butterflies, rabbits, squirrels, and a chipmunk). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The location was perfect, as it was out of the busy tourist areas; but close to everything (wineries, restaurants, Lake Ontario, Niagara Falls). We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay by the Niagara River was truly special. The peaceful surroundings and closeness to nature made it a perfect getaway. We had such a great time as a group—relaxing, laughing, and making memories together. It was the kind of place that brings people closer and leaves you feeling refreshed.

Had a great time there the host is very kind the place is spotless and looks exactly like the picture. The area is quiet and near restaurant and attractions perfect place to rent. I recommend this place 100% and will definitely go back 😄😄😄
