Guest house holiday rentals in Nicaragua

If you come to Managua you must stay here! Waleska and her parents are super friendly and overall great people. They recommend great places to eat and sights to see. On top of that the house is located in a fantastic spot that is close to many bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. In addition to that, it is a super safe area where you can walk around at night with no worries. We will definitely be staying with them when we come back to Nicaragua.

Jon is the best dude ever. When you stay at his place you feel like family. Stay with Jon.

I enjoy my stay, the place is very quiet and peaceful, the 1 bedroom Cottage was perfect for a couple, I would definitely stay here again, Greg an Geidy were very helpful and allowed me to check is super late due to a flight delay, I hope next time I show up much earlier than that. Thank you both for the hospitality

Rebeca and family attended us with wonder, the communication is excellent, the place is accessible, the photos do not do it justice....the place is much more beautiful and magical. We felt very comfortable and rested like home. We will definitely be back and recommend !

We had a great stay at Finca Montania Sagrada! The view was so breathtaking that we decided to stay in a two separate beds room and not change to the one kind size bed cottage even if in our honeymoon :) The little cottage came with some wild life included (You’re in nature so expect spiders, mosquitoes, ants and lizards, but nothing we couldn’t handle PLUS one thing I loved about the place is that it has mosquitoes nets that are fresh, very clean, I really loved that! Could use them and enjoy the nicer scent - thank you 🙏🏻) and a cat 🐈 that made our stay even more pleasant ( can ask for food for the kitty from the kitchen that prepares the morning breakfast). The morning breakfast is simple but everything is delicious and fresh. The lady serving it is very attentive and makes fresh bread there. We had a great time feeding the horses, admiring the birds, and just chilling on the hammock. There are 2 restaurants, one v close El Imperio- delicious Happy with our choice.

This is a nice safe neighborhood, quite neighbors and a big apartment. Kitchen has some nice amenities and it is easy to come and go with nice privacy

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Johanna's house, very nice, kind, always aware of everything, very good at giving recommendations for where to go and what to know. We were very comfortable in their home, as if they were family, spectacular. Very close to downtown walking about 15 min, or then by bus that passes at the door of the house. All spotless

Amazing propriety ! We were a family with 2 kids and a baby. Gitsa Havansa was perfect for us with a fully equiped kitchen to cook for the kids and boil water for the baby’s formula. The kids room was close to ours, the had their own washroom. Pool is amazing for kids to play with many toys and relaxing (infinity pool with seated area to take a drink and read). Many long chairs ans hamacs. Access to the warm lake, smooth rock « beach », 3 kayaks, possible to fish from the lake. Communal dinning area for the included breakfast wich is nice to meet new travelers and exchange. Suite/rooms each have their own private space. Quiet. By car Approx. 25-30 min from Granada/Masaya Volcano/Masqya craft market, 20 min from Catarina Mirador/Nindiri Dinosaur Park, 45 min from Mombacho, 1h from Chocoyeque El Brujo Canyon. We also stayed in the Serendipia suite also amazing with private pool, terasse with a wonderfull view, TV, A/C in the room. Perfect paradise! Highly recommand !

Great low key place to get away from the crowds. Will was a great host. Always there when you needed anything. Hope to visit again when we come back!

One of the best experiences I had until today on Airbnb. Check in is at 3 but my annotation was available when I arrive at half day . They opened the door with a smile they asked me about my reservation but the girl was already informed that I entered that day so I expected, I carry my bags to the room , it was always pending we felt . On one occasion I arrive at midnight and I was waiting for us to come in and it was great to know that someone is focused on their safety while you are in a country you visit for the first time. In this place it feels a human warmth as the other guests prepare full coffee and is shared between everyone , the coffee offered by this complimentary establishment. The Great Cleaning A/C Perfect . Room cleaning Perfect . Kitchen cleaning common area Perfect . I'll give you a ten out of ten. I highly recommend it . Safe surrounding area, good area , good restaurants excellent.

It has been the second time at Jame’s place and once again everything was amazing! Staff working there amazing, friendly and always available to help. Stronfly reccomended!!! Hacienda Iguana is a gem!!!!

Perfect. The casita is new, equipped to a high standard, private (totally separate from the house), and also tastefully designed. It is evident that the owner has invested a lot to provide the guests with as good an atmosphere as possible. There is a water purification system and an independent solar system (so no power outages - not trivial at all in Nicaragua) . The location is also good - central and allows you to walk a short distance to anywhere in the iguana complex. Highly recommended
