Great French doors to enjoy the lovely shaded family yard. A very well-appointed basement apartment. Very comfy bed. All the pillows and linens you'll need. Friendly nice non-barking dog. Super friendly sweet cat who escorts you to your door and back to your car. Our 5 year granddaughter said, " I'm going to miss that cat"

Its unbelievable how much room their was. I brought 3 grandkids and they loved the loft sleeping area. The location is perfect for all the down town activities. The Chinese restaurant below is really good and coffee shop across the street is perfect for a special cup. thanks Calli for sharing you place.

We came into town for a wedding and it was in the perfect place to be between where we needed to be and also Chattanooga. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for anybody. April

I highly recommend staying at this little gem. The surroundings are very peaceful and the duplex is a new construction so everything is in fabulous shape inside. It is definitely one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in!! The kitchen is awesome! It has so much space and is furnished with some very nice appliances. The laundry room is a very nice bonus! Lisi and Alan are amazing hosts! They are sweet, responsive, and extremely accommodating. Overall, a great Airbnb experience!!

We felt very much at home. It was peaceful and comfortable. I loved all the plants throughout the apartment.

We loved staying at Karan’s apartment! So much so that we decided to extend our stay whilst we were there. Communication was a breeze…and any questions we had, Karan replied immediately. The apartment was spotlessly clean, it was equipped with everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfy, as was the sofa in the living area. The bathroom was luxurious with a huge shower which included everything you could want. The outside patio was definitely a bonus. We absolutely loved the area the apartment was located in too, walking distance from great restaurants, shopping and bars as well as a beautiful park with lovely trails. We will no doubt be back!

We have stayed in dozens of AirBnbs/VRBOS- it is our preferred option when we travel. If you read the other reviews, several comment as this is the best one they have ever stayed in. I must agree, the place is amazingly clean (My wife's #1 priority), well decorated and comfortable Feels like you are staying with a family member who has made sure you have everything you need. Place was easy to find, you have an assigned spot in their driveway...our dog did not travel with us this time, but she would be right at home as they have a private dog yard set up in the backyard. Very private and we met both Donna and Jay who are incredibly friendly hosts. Neighborhood is quiet. We will likely stay here again for sure due to location and family we have in the area. There are several steps leading to the private entrance which could be an issue with mobility problems, but my wife is recently post knee surgery and navigated with slow ease.

Jodie was extremely helpful in accommodating a guest we were hosting on campus who needed alternative accommodation at short notice. We're very grateful for her responsiveness and flexibility!

Diana’s place was exactly as advertised. Close to restaurants and shopping. The area is safe and extremely quiet. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Chattanooga

When I say this place ALL you need, I mean it. Including a lint roller!! Haha absolutely beautiful place and decorated so nice. VERY clean and Jennifer is very great at communicating and meeting your needs. Absolutely has a great time staying at this location. Walkable restaurants too.

We stayed at Jay’s place because we were having work done at our home. The work wasn’t done and we had to stay another night and Jay was accommodating by offering his other space he rents. He also allowed us to have a 30 minute longer checkout. Great host!

The apartment met or exceeded any expectations. Tammy is a wonderful host. She is prompt answering any questions. I must also say Tammy has a little piece of heaven in the city with her properties. She has a wonderful field for walking dogs or children playing, a small playground, and other things like gazebos, swings, fire pits etc at each property. Her pet policy was extremely flexible especially since I have a large dog and a small. The cleanliness was impeccable upon arrival. I highly recommend any of Tammy's properties. Wonderful person with her own community 2 miles from downtown!

Robert was fantastic. He checked on us to make sure we got into the property and had everything we needed. Such a friendly guy! The bed was really comfortable and the unit was clean. The property has camping spots, cabins and the studio we stayed in. I was worried it would be loud staying above the bathhouse for the cabins / campers but it wasn’t. We had such a great time at the Caverns for the concert and then enjoyed a firepit and hanging out with others staying on the property. Easy walk to the concert venue. Definitely will stay again. First class host!

This was a great fit for the three of us. Everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga was a short drive away. We had everything we needed and felt comfortable, safe, and clean. Kellie provided all the info and instructions for the stay and was quick to respond when I had a question.

This place was so refreshing! Right outside of the city, tucked away, gorgeous views of the mountain, loved how roomy the space was; everything I needed was accounted for. I came solo after my guests couldn’t fly out but I could see it being the perfect spot for families/groups. Wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks for such a great stay! Will definitely be back!

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected! The suite was extremely clean and very inviting! Jen and her husband are very welcoming! They both took time out of their days to recommend local places to visit while we were here! Once we arrived they gave us a thorough tour and even showed us the event center that is on the property! No details have been forgot about! There is a dog park for pets, a Sauna, hot tub, game closet for rainy days (for all ages!) and a playground for the kids! We truly felt right at home and absolutely loved staying here! We would definitely recommend this location to others!!!
