Holiday rentals in Nicoya

This is a magical home in a quiet location with beautiful surroundings. The host is very kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Patric and Zeidy were very responsive in returning e-mails and keeping us informed with all dates and times for our trip. We had the great pleasure of meeting the owners of this beautiful place/Charlie and Paula. How special it was to be picked up from the airport by Charlie. He welcomed us with open arms, took us to a grocery store to get supplies for our first day and oh my god made us a fantastic breakfast. It was truly a great experience meeting so many nice people and not to forget Rob who would always help you out at any time of the day. We had 27 days of heaven in a very special place. The apartment was great and we loved having the pool right outside our door. This made it extra convenient when kids were napping (the beach is also only a 5 minute walk away). We were originally going to stay in Flamingo but it was more expensive and busy. We ended up liking Potrero more than Flamingo and would recommend! The hosts are very responsive and even arranged a pack n play for us which was very nice and super helpful. We had an issue with ants in one bedroom, but the hosts were quick to arrange for the exterminator to come out the next day. When visiting Costa Rica, you have to expect some insects, but it was nice they were willing to do that for us. We had a rental car so it was nice having parking, but you can also walk to the local restaurants, brewery, shops, etc within about 10-15 minutes.

Clean and spacious Airbnb, close to the Liberia airport. We enjoyed the walkability - it was a short walk to the beach and to downtown Coco. Only spent one night here but would stay here again!

We had a great time at Pacifico. This condo had everything anyone would need. I have a queen murphy bed at home and I have bidets on my toilets at home. So I felt home in this condo. I actually use one of the murphy bed one night when my hubby was snoring….We go to Coco almost every year as my daughter in law is from Coco. We will definitely keep this condo on our list for future trips. Thank you again, Mary and Kevin for letting us use your place.

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

Great place for a family stay. Huge living room and kitchen with a really nice patio next to the pool. The place was super clean and very comfortable. The body surfing boards and beach towels were a nice bonus. The washer/dryer came in handy as well. Sunsets were amazing on the beach. Local restaurants on the beach were pretty good. Ginger (a tapas place) across the street was the best food we had in CR and had some unique dishes. Chillin' on the beach near the villa was awesome and made the stay really enjoyable.

Great place loved the decor and all the amenities: Pool, jacuzzi, covered bbq and entertaining area, place work outside...Super close to the beach and very quiet........Super gem and great hosts!

Our stay at Amber Lynn's place was absolutely fantastic! The condo was even better than the photos, we had zero complaints and Amber Lynn was a great host. The kitchen was so well stocked- lots of spices, oil, vinegars, etc, and a wide variety of pots and pans and cooking utensils. There was even very sharp knives! I've never stayed at an Airbnb with such a usable kitchen. The beds were clean, well made and both had lots of pillows. The linen closet was also well stocked with tons of towels (and beach towels) available. It was so great to have use of the beach chairs, sun umbrella, and cooler bag- that made our beach trips really easy. We cannot say enough good things about the location! There is a large balcony that has a perfect view of the sunset. The condo is sort of at the end of the beach in a location that is very quiet and peaceful. The pool was absolutely perfect. There was rarely anyone else in it while we were there and the residents that we did see were very friendly.
