Greg's place is great. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Greg is attentive and easy to communicate with, addressing all our needs. The house is practical with a complete kitchen and very comfortable. We would definitely come back and recommend staying here.

A peaceful place and very comfortable with everything you might need. The pool was relaxing. The hot water in the shower was divine. The host was very kind. The laundry is $10 to use.

Really enjoyed our stay at Lucia and Nicola, awesome meeting our hosts too who were very kind and helpful. The accomodation is located in a beautiful spot, there are walks starting from the property and it is at walking distance (uphill) from delicious restaurants, beautiful beach and the Montezuma waterfall. Very chill and friendly atmosphere !

We really enjoyed our time at Rosana's place. The location is very nice, the view of the sea but also the forest are really great. From the outside, the house could use a little more care, but inside you have a lot of space and space, we didn't want to leave the terrace. The house is an ideal starting point for visiting Carara National Park and a small detour to the crocodile~Bridge, where several crocodiles took a nap. You can also walk down from the house directly to the beach.

The house is completely BEAUTIFUL, extremely clean and literal had everything, it is cold and it rains? you have all the necessary utensils to cook cookies or whatever you can think of, it is the most complete and equipped house I have seen in my life 💖 the attention was incredible, she was always attentive, she responded quickly, everyone in the family loved the extremely quiet place to rest. and of the cleanliness not even said, everything was spotless. (as personal tip to go in 4x4 cars around the area in general, a car if it arrives but if it would have to be taken as more care but you arrive💕

This was an excellent stay. Marvin was very kind communicative and helpful. His home was spacious and clean and comfortable especially for our 3 and 4 year old boys. The waterfall pool in the backyard was a bonus! Really great location for our evening walks to market or to other shops/restaurants. Also great location for hanging bridges and the hot springs. Overall highly recommend this stay:)

Super cool place, so much to do here! Love that everything was so open, yet felt so private. The host is awesome, responded very quick, and was super friendly and helpful. Additionally, everything was very well cleaned and looks just like the photos provided!

The house is perfectly designed to accommodate a large group, kids friendly, clean and well located, about 7 min walk to the beach. Alex was super nice, allowed us to check in earlier, provided very clear directions and check in instructions. She always responded quickly, provided great local recommendations, and connected us with a great chef, who turned out to be cheaper than any restaurant and prepared enough food to last for days. Our family of 10 really enjoyed the house :)

We loved Ruth’s home. The layout, while a little odd being separate was perfect for our family. The upstairs master was a quiet haven that we ended up loving. The pool, BBQ and kitchen were a great addition as was Doris. We didn’t follow the key rule and locked ourselves out one night and Doris so graciously came back to unlock the house for us. The monkeys, the quiet little town of Punta Islita and gym were also great additions. We loved our time at Casa de Agua.

This Condo was really great value. The pictures are accurate and the patio and its view are legit. Ilya was super responsive, kind, and helpful. Ilya makes sure the condo has all the amenities you would hope for (kitchen stuff, salt/pepper, beach towels/chairs, cooler, repellent, etc.). The condo is in a gated community manned 24/7, but you really don't need that in Coco, but it provides some peace of mind. It is semi walk-able. It is about 1/2 km to some nice restaurant/coffee shops and 1 km to the main road in town. You have to want to walk it as there is elevation getting back to the condo. So good exercise, or just a 3-5 min car ride to town. I had no issues parking but it was low season. Overall, this is a really great value and as advertised. It would work well for a single, a couple, or a couple with small children, but he 2nd room and shared shower could get small for more people than that.

What an incredible stay! It was stunning. Very clean. The staff is so nice and friendly! The grounds are beautiful, the garden is very well maintained. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect location on Jaco Beach! You're within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants, literally within a few blocks of you. The condo was spectacular, the views magnificent, and the service from Dream Maker's matched the quality of the property! 100% first-class in every way!!

We stayed at Chantal's house for 3 nights. Clean house, it does have a pool, which is awesome. Close to the beach and city of Jaco. Air conditioning is a bonus. Would stay again.

Stephanie was very communicative and helpful during our stay. The place was conveniently nearby a few different restaurants and a market. We also found it to be very accessible to the activities in Tamarindo and the beach. Thank you for a nice stay, well worth the price. Pura vida!
