Modern and cozy loft in a central location.

NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

2 lovely rooms in old town house

Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

We have newly renovated a small but nice apartment in a very quiet local residential area of Oberndorf, and furnished it pretty and practically for you. Ideal location for skiing and hiking. The ski resort of St.Johann, Kitzbuhel is within easy reach. The separate entrance makes you completely independent. There is also a parking space and Wi-Fi. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4.Pers. there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen

Nahe dem weltbekannten Wintersportort Kitzbühel, eingebettet zwischen Kitzbüheler Horn, Wilder Kaiser und Steinplatte, liegt im Hornblicksuite im ersten Obergeschoss eines im Jahr 2019 errichteten Gebäudes. Ich wohne hier selbst das ganze Jahr und freue mich, euch bei mir begrüßen zu dürfen, wenn ich beruflich oder privat verreise. Mein Ziel ist es, dass ihr euch bei mir genauso wohl und zuhause fühlt wie ich.
