Holiday rentals in Nieuwerkerken

We stayed two nights at the house on our way back home. Bart was very friendly and a wonderful host! He went out of his way to provide us with all the informations we could desire about the region. So we could spend a very pleasent day in the nearby Loeven before continuing with our travels. Thank you for everything Bart!

Everything was fine, as described and as in the photos. Everything was very clean. Quiet area. Had a nice stay.

Super modern house that was decorated with taste and a nice location to relax and unwind! The surrounding nature in the feeding area is varied and challenging. Several hiking tours start and end in Sint-Martens-Voeren. Claire is a very considerate, helpful and friendly host!

Very satisfied, definitely will come back

Beware, this is a one bedroom apartment with the option to pay extra for the second bedroom and should be clearly advertised as such. We booked a two bedroom apartment and was only made aware of the small section in the listing tucked away at the bottom that mentions the extra €30 per person each night for the second bedroom when we arrived. Of course we had to pay extra. This second bedroom is on the opposite side of the entrance and does not have any facilities, so toilet and bathroom must be accessed in the main apartment, this cannot be let separately, and so this just seems to be somewhat a deliberate tactic to generate more money from unsuspecting travellers. The apartment should be advertised as one bedroom with option for second. The way it is advertised currently is misleading. That said the apartment is very nice and comfortable. Anke and her husband are very hospitable and felt welcomed, however there has been somewhat of a bitter taste left after the unexpected cost.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights, which is also very suitable for a longer stay. It is extremely spacious and was super equipped and sparkling clean. The hosts are very friendly and we felt completely comfortable! Thank you!

We had a fantastic time! The villa and the area are even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything was perfectly arranged and the villa has all the comforts. Christian & Caro, thank you for the great service! We will definitely be back, but then in the summer. 🌞✨
