We enjoyed the house and location.

Absolutely wonderful cabin with all the amenities you could want. very cosy cabin with a lovely log burner. wonderful views of nature and the snow. we enjoyed opening the window on a night and letting the ambience of the river help us to drift of to sleep. Enjoyed not having a television, it's a nice break from technology. Nothing much could top this place! (maybe a hot tub and a small sauna) not a hint at all. Definitely going to be coming back again! Host was friendly and helpful through air BnB chats.

Exceptional. A home from home feeling. Absolutely the place to recharge yourself. Put the fire on, get your book out, and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and mountains. Go to bed, open the window, feel the fresh cold sea breeze flow through the room and fall asleep with the waves hitting the rocks. No need counting sheep, your gone ZZzzz. Communication was excellent, instructions clear and super warm upon arrival. Everything you could ask for in the home. We have stayed in many places, and many have left you wishing you had packed something! NOT HERE. The small details that make you feel you have chosen the right home are important. I had my reservations over jacuzzi, but this one was perfect. Super-hot with great sea view of the mountains. Getting here was relaxed, the views are spectacular, and the roads are cleared. Great place with very good amenities in a fantastic location right on the fjord. We were able to see northern lights on several evenings right in front of the house, one morning dolphins floated right by the beach in front of the property. You can take wonderful excursions on the Lyngenfjord or Finland. A car is definitely a must, ideally a 4-wheeler. The nearest shopping is 10 km away, the nearest larger supermarket is just under 30 minutes to Tromsø, but it's not really worth a trip there. It is much better to look at the insider tips in the area, such as the Lyngstuva lighthouse or the "Senter for nordlige folk" with great insights into the life of the Sami. Accommodation 20 minutes from the port of Skjervøy, breathtaking views of the fjord, nature and its wonders to contemplate endless 360° paradise in all seasons! 🤩 Spacious and welcoming accommodation, very well furnished by the guests (the terrace, the jacuzzi, the large living room...) this house is alive, everything is done to feel at home there! 🥰 The icing on this perfect cake, the adorable hosts Ingrid and Stian who are available, responsive, generous and do more than anything to make your stay even more amazing! 😍

A very well equipped and organized cosy house right by the sea. It is like in the description and in this sometimes harsh environment it becomes also a little oasis in a wild landscape.

It is absolutely necessary to book this house, which is extraordinary. It's over-equipped. Everything you need in the kitchen, and in everything else in the house. The bedding is absolutely exceptional. The quality of the nights is absolutely quiet and relaxing. The view from the house was very spectacular for us , throughout our stay . We spent 10 wonderful days there. We saw northern lights every night, without having to go out of the house. We saw a lot of wildlife and had the chance to see a reindeer pass in front of the house. the house is easily accessible, even in winter with lots of snow. We had rented a car at the airport and took the ferry which takes 40 minutes to get to the house, and the ferry is free. Elisabeth, is an absolutely warm woman, who went out of her way to make our stay a lot of kindness, generosity, advice. A souvenir engraved in the heart. Thank you Elisabeth
