Spring at The Beach House is very special. Relaxing after returning from a game of golf or tennis or a walk along the beach or the river you can enjoy the stunning views from the verandahs while relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.The wildflowers are spectacular! Recently renovated in a style which combines the essence of a shabby chic beach cottage with the Hamptons and provincial France this lovely house offers a location which is only a 3 minute walk to the ocean and the river.

Relax in our brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family beach house on the beach front at Two Rocks. Just a short 3 min walk to Leeman’s Landing, one of Two Rocks best beaches. House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.

You will get EXCLUSIVE use of separate downstairs home, which includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard and the lovely alfresco area which leads to the SHARED backyard. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs. We are centerally located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep you will be welcomed to chill at Misty's. We are an easy walk from the lagoon beach, cafes/resturant/& supermarket.

Lancelin Beach Cottage

Our cottage is a couple's retreat, situated just metres from the beach at the end of the street. It's new, beautifully decorated and full of light. We've provided all the comforts of home and if you need anything else we're never very far away. We are within walking distance to the shops, The Angling Club and The Tavern with it's beautiful ocean views and sunsets. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your pet in The Cottage.

Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees.
