Holiday rentals with a pool in Ninderry

This was our second stay at this well equipped family oriented home. The house and pool are well maintained, clean and user friendly. Great spaces for the family, would choose to use again if staying on the coast. Jason and his team were fantastic communicators they aided our checkin with a small baby and made our stay a great experience. Families should not think twice about this house. Thank you

Wonderful Stay in Peregian Springs! We had a fantastic stay at David’s place! He’s an excellent host, communicating clearly about the house and pool. He was there to greet us upon arrival and responded promptly when we had a question during our stay. The house was in good working order, and the pool was a highlight—we enjoyed it so much! Our dog loved exploring the garden, and the peaceful surroundings of Peregian Springs made for a relaxing getaway. Plus, with stunning Peregian Beach just around the corner, the location couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Peregian i a quiet beach, the house is in a quiet residential area, spacious with multiple living areas which is great for large extended families. Close to restaurants, markets, and other beaches.The top floor, which awards extra privacy, is great, and could be even better with its own bathroom. The host was most responsive when I flagged that we didn’t have enough bowls and beach towels. The showers are hot, but in one bathroom there is a lot of extra water on the tiles afterwards- might be a design problem? Great stay all over, great value

Our stay at The Palm & Pool House - Stylish Coastal Getaway in Mooloolaba was absolutely divine—exactly how I pictured it! 🥰 The house was spotless, beautifully stylish, and had such a welcoming vibe. The entry instructions seemed a bit complicated at first glance, but they were spot on and so easy to follow in practice—no stress at all! We had the best time soaking in the relaxing coastal atmosphere, and the cherry on top was the surprise cheese platter Robyn left for us in the fridge—such a thoughtful and delicious touch! 🧀 Everything about our stay was just perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back! 😊

Peter and Jan were wonderful hosts. They were flexible with an early check in and the place was in spectacular condition- exactly like the photos. Great, quiet location and cafes/restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Pool was a perfect heated temperature. Highly recommend this accomodation and Peter and Jan as hosts.

We had such a wonderful time at Casa Vista. I can’t wait to come back again and again. My friends and I enjoyed the most relaxing weekend here and it had everything we needed and Jayne was very helpful. Everything had been so wonderfully thought out.

A Slice of Paradise at Suzy's Air BnB! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Suzy's beautiful Air BnB in Noosa Heads was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a stunning property that exceeded all our expectations. The pool was a perfect oasis for relaxation, and the hot tub provided the ideal spot to unwind under the stars. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease, and the cozy living spaces felt like a home away from home. The location couldn't be more convenient! Just a short stroll from the beach, charming cafes, and local shops, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. What truly made our experience special was Suzy herself. She was extremely communicative and attentive, always ready to answer any questions we had and provide recommendations for local attractions. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay.

Cathy’s unit was perfect for our weeklong stay. It is easy walking distance from the unit to Maroochydore beach’s SLSC and the the still water of the Maroochy River. Cotton Tree’s shops are also very walkable. The unit itself was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. We highly recommend it.

David was an extremely friendly and responsive host! The stay was beautiful, very clean and quiet. The instructions were very easy to follow and much appreciated! The seal-check in made checking in and out extremely easy and it’s a great location. We had an amazing stay!

The view of the beach was so lovely and relaxing, being able to hear the waves from our rooms. Great communication and responsiveness. I would love to come back in the future!

It's awesome for a quick getaway; the spot's perfect, right by the beach and everything you need for a fantastic time. Gysbert's a great host, always there to lend a hand. We got there early and he let us check in early no problem, and even let us check out a bit late; it was a lifesaver.

Our stay at Theresa’s penthouse was nothing short of exceptional! The space is modern, beautifully styled, and filled with natural light, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the high-end furnishings to the well-equipped amenities. The plunge pool with breathtaking ocean views was the ultimate luxury, perfect for unwinding while watching the sunset. Plus, the location couldn’t be better. A truly idyllic escape in one of Australia’s most stunning coastal destinations. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic place to stay! We visited with our three kids and had an amazing time. The property is within walking distance of Noosa Beach and the main street, at Noosa Heads, making it incredibly convenient. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!

This is such a great big beach house with flexible room arrangements to suit a number of families! For our trip it was 3 families with 3 infants and 3 kids between us all and the space was really well laid out with two living rooms (upstairs and downstairs), loads of bedrooms, a huge dining table and high chairs (which is what made us chose Alexandra’s place). The kitchen was really well equipped with crockery and cutlery (lots of plastic plates and cups too for the kiddos). The pool was the favorite part of all of the kids - the saltwater pool was so nice. The beach is walkable but it’s a lot of incline to get down there. I liked how there were shops walkable too. Great location and would recommend to families staying in the Sunshine Coast!

Amazing family house with amazing hosts. Pool was perfect for afternoon swims, kitchen was super easy to cook in and the Guinea pigs were a highlight for our girls. Close to lots of beaches and shops.

We had the perfect stay at Mary’s house. The house is absolutely stunning, with amazing ocean views from every room and beautiful furnishings and paintings. We loved watching the birds from the pool and choosing which room to relax in. We had a few friends stay two of the nights and with so much space and privacy for everyone, it was perfect. A highlight was having nibbles and drinks on the rooftop as the sun went down each night. Amazing. Thank you to Mary for being so helpful and responsive and completely stocking the place with food and wine and chocolate. What a treat.

This place was amazing. The house has bin refurbished recently so very comfortable. The Pool was very warm when we were there. The pool does require cleaning as with all the beautiful trees there is dropage especially if windy but everything is there takes 5 mins Had all the utensils we needed. I can’t say enough about the management team that looks after it. Very helpful and understanding. The neighborhood is very quiet and so glad we found this place. Will need a vehicle to move around though. Definitely recommend it. Rick & Connie

Our family of six stayed at Elena's Poinciana House and we did not want to leave! The house was so roomy (our 'kids' are 17 to 24 yrs). The pics on AIRBNB drew me to it, but it's even better in person. You could easily hit the 10 guest maximum and still have room to spare. The house was clean. Beds, pillows and lounge comfy. The pool was spotless, outdoor shower with hot water was great. The yards high fences and secure gates afforded total privacy. If you didn't have a car (we had our car), It's an easy and flat walk to the main beach, but in the heat I would use the bus stop just a few mins walk from the house. Loved that we only had to shop for actual food and not staples (oil, salt, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, shamp, cond, body wash, washing det etc was all there, more than we needed for the week). There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there. We had an amazing time and out of all the places we have stayed in, this is my favourite, and it's going to be hard to beat.

Will definitely return! Host was super friendly and so helpful. Always quick to reply. Really easy to self check in. The house was awesome. Even better than the pics. Super clean. So much space to spread out. Kids loved their rooms and privacy. Pool area is so beautiful. Every room and area was perfect. Great bathrooms that were so lovely and clean. Topped off by some chocolates left by the host! We have stayed in Noosa a few times now as a family and this was the best location wise. A 5 min stroll down the road to the beautiful parade of shops, cafes and restaurants... and then over the road is the stunning beach. The bus service is great. Bus stops opposite shops/beach and you can just tap and go for 50c to Hastings street etc. And even better... it's FREE at the weekends. Loved our stay. Will definitely be back. Thanks Kierriann

We had the most amazing stay at Fionas place! As soon as you open the front gate you feel like you are in a private oasis whilst still being a 3 min walk to noosa junction and a 15 min walk to hastings st. The house is great for groups with plenty of space to be all together as well as space to get some peace and quiet. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you could need for your stay. We would 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful week at Noelle’s place. The house exceeded our expectations in every way and we could have happily stayed for much much longer! We loved how dog friendly the house and yard was and at the same time the house being immaculately clean and comfortable. It’s the most comfortable place I think we’ve ever stayed in. Noelle allowed early check in without us even asking which was a good wonderful start to our holiday. Last but not least the pool was devine!
