we had the most perfect time at Nancy's place! the apartment is located directly at the beach and with Mastihari town only a few minutes walk away. it was so clean and so cosy, I felt right at home. I really enjoyed the company of Brad (the dog) and all the cats, they were all so loving and sweet. Nancy was a great host, we really enjoyed our conversations with her and she and her family were very helpful. I would book this place time and time again. 10/10, can only recommend

Our taxi driver wasn’t sure of the location but spoke to Efprepios on the way and Efprepios met us on arrival and was friendly and helpful. The welcome pack of wine, orange juice and water was a nice touch. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of four. Plenty of storage in bedrooms for luggage, comfortable beds, fantastic shower, washing machine and a small veranda with a clothes rack for drying. Kitchen reasonably well equipped for what we needed. The sea is literally 20 paces away - a beautiful sight from the living room window and great to be able to take a cup of tea and a book! The beach with crystal clear water and snack bar with sunbeds is within a stone’s throw. The property location is perfect with easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, taxi rank, beachfront and harbour. Overall, a lovely property and a very comfortable stay!! 😊

What a perfect week.. a beautiful home on an amazing and unique island! It was the perfect mix of peacefulness and adventure. Loved hiking around the island, exploring its history and the cute shops. Only kind of tricky thing was lining up the ferry schedule with the rest of our plans. But Stekanakis was very helpful and flexible with this. A great host, very responsive!

We stayed three nights in the preseason in Kos in Niki's beautiful place. Niki has helped us with all the necessities Check-in information provided and was responsive at all times if we had any questions. A beautiful apartment on two levels with three possibilities to relax outside, especially a terrace has a fantastic view. There was no direct private parking space, but there was an ideally located parking space. Due to the weather in April, it was also cool and wet days, but the air conditioning had a super working heating function,so the rooms got warm in the cool evening. The kitchen is functionally equipped. Niki, had provided fresh fruit, as well as drinks in the fridge, thank you! The dining table is a few steps above the kitchen in the living room. Having a quiet and beautiful environment below Zia and having a car makes sense. Thanks to Niki! We felt comfortable!

Me, my son, and my wife stayed at this wonderful house in Zia village from August 17th to 22nd. It was definitely beyond our expectations, and we will certainly come back again. Dimitris is a very friendly person. Thank you for everything.

We spent a week in Froso's fantastic flat. The location in Kefalos is perfect, with our favourite supermarket, the beach and all the good restaurants - one just below - close by. It is rare to find such fully equipped accommodation, we wanted for nothing. The double bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets for the slowly cooling nights. A creative solution was found for the initially non-functioning WiFi, at least near the balcony. Froso and her family were very helpful and always available. Many thanks for everything!

We had an indescribably beautiful time and enjoyed the tranquility and especially the view. You have to see such an impressive view of the bay of Kefalos when you are on Kos. Especially the sunrise is a very special experience and breakfast overlooking the bay. You shouldn't miss it! Giannis is available to his guests 24/7 and promptly and is very helpful. Thanks for the great time!

Our stay at Palamutbükü İkiz Villas was beyond our expectations. The house was extremely clean; the beds and common areas are thoughtfully arranged, the items are new and of good quality. The house has everything you need, everything from kitchen supplies to clean towels. Compared to the visuals in the listing, the house is actually more modern and practical. The garden is spacious and spacious, offering an ideal environment for relaxing. Mr. Berk was very helpful to us with his quick and resolute approaches in everything, and he was kind enough to help us with the check-in and checkout processes. Located only ~10 minutes from Palamutbükü, you can easily reach the central places (palamutbükü, kurubük, ovabük, hayıtbükü, etc.). Knidos ancient city ~30 min. The fact that the villa is located on the main road is also a great advantage in terms of transportation. It is very satisfying in terms of price-performance, and the amenities and comfort it offers are unique in this price range. Definitely an ideal choice for those looking for both vacation and comfort.
