Holiday rentals in Nisou

We had a very nice stay and would come back anytime. Thank you! The apartment is originally furnished, has a high comfort and was very clean. You have a fantastic all-round view :-) The connection with the landlords was very good and very friendly. A broken shutter and a broken toilet flush were repaired for us within a few hours and without effort. The apartment is located outside the old city center, but very central. Everything is in walking distance!

What a great find! I stayed here with two friends as part of a larger group trip to Cyprus. The apartment was perfect for exploring Nicosia - only a short walk from the old town but with lots of excellent bars and restaurants within a stone’s throw. The ideal base, and very comfortable. Michalis was the perfect host - meeting us on arrival, showing us the flat, and giving us some excellent local recommendations. A truly brilliant AirB&B experience.

Amazing place to stay, one of the best I have stayed in Cyprus. Very clean, cozy, quiet , with all the amenities someone needs away from home. Christina is very friendly and communicative and was always there to answer if I needed anything. Definitely 5-star stay.

I had a great stay at Mike's place along with my 2 kids for a week. All 3 of us felt like home. Ideal for short or longer term stays. The place was spotless and had everything that's needed for the guests to feel like home. Really close to the city centre, supermarket right next to your door which is super convenient and easy access to go anywhere within or outside Nicosia! I'll certainly get back and recommend it to friends! Thanks for the wonderful stay Mike!

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had a great time in Maria's apartment. Cool enough at hot days and cozy warm when it's cooler or rainy outside. The apartment is very clean. Good shower (new bathroom), great kitchen with all appliances and a washing machine. This apartment is suitable for longer stays, it feels like a home. It is with great love taken care of by Maria and her husband. Fast WiFi. Supermarket AlphaMega in the Metropolis mall at 10 minutes walking distance. Great coffee at The Bean Yard only 3 minutes walking. The apartment is situated in a well-to-do quiet residential neighborhood, it feels very safe day and night. We had the chance to chat a bit with Maria and her husband, they are very hospitable people and take a genuine interest in how comfortable you feel in their apartment. A full recommendation!

The flat smelt lovely as soon as we walked in, very clean and fresh. Nice hot water in the shower. Bed linen very fresh and clean too. An extra blanket if needed. We didn't cook whilst we were there but could see it was clean. The microwave worked well though. Fridge was also sparkling clean. The flat is near the Uni so quiet and I would recommend a hire car If you want to get out and about to see the Island.

Great modern apartment with all the necessary amenities and equipment you need for a long stay. Internet is very fast. The communication with the host, Toufic was easy and smooth, he helped us with any question we had, 100% recommend.
