Fantastic trails for hiking and fishning trips during summer. Kayaking available on multiple lakes in the area. Horse riding available on our own ranch. Lia - smallholding and peaceful idyll in Treungen

Lia is a peaceful gem, a small farm with close proximity to everything while still being on its own. Two living rooms, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom and loft. The place is 200 years old and the house is 100. Timber walls, fresh air, charm, peace and quiet are a good starting point for fine days! Outside there is plenty of room, and a short way down to Santa Claus. Here you can go for a swim, go fishing or go for a spin. On the beach is a large pier, and a small "boathouse". Nice hiking opportunities right on the beach, and many great, marked trails and top hikes in the municipality.

The property is a small farm with main house built in 1921, annex and barn building. Located peacefully located in a scenic area about 2 km south of Treungen city center. Large outdoor area with terraces, hot tub and barbecue. Large lawns for play areas, ball games etc. The property borders mountain terrain and the popular top hiking mountain Skuggenatten (702moh). 5 min to shop and downtown, swimming area and river. Very good opportunities for outdoor activities in nearby areas such as swimming, cycling, paddling, fishing and mountain tours

New design holiday home with fantastic views

Enjoy and relax at this beautiful spot in South Norway, right on the Nisser lake. When we are not there ourselves, we like to make others happy with this beautiful, design furnished, house. We hope our guests enjoy this as much as we do. Our house is suitable for any season. In the summertime, you can swim, paddle board, hike and MTB. In winter alpine skiing in Gautefall or Vrådal, or touring or cross-country skiing right behind home. Or how about a dog sled ride?
