Everyone in our family was enthusiastic about our stay in Gadi's holiday home. The rooms are large and bright. The interior is modern, cozy, neat and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen in particular was a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor area was tastefully decorated and although a bit chilly, we enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is quiet but the beach and all necessary amenities are within walking distance. All practical information was easy and detailed to find. Gadi was a fantastic host: he was very friendly, responded quickly and made sure that our questions were solved. We also really appreciated that he made an extra effort when we unexpectedly had a problem. We have no hesitation in calling this one of our better Airbnb experiences.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Wonderful place for the family to stay. The villa includes three bedrooms on the second floor, two bathrooms (one on the first floor, one on the second), a kitchen and a spacious living room with a large dining table. I really enjoyed gathering the whole group at this table for lunch, dinner and breakfast. The living room is very spacious and bright, nice to be in. There is not much furniture in the bedrooms, but there is all the essentials. Dishware has all your needs. The pool was very nice to be clean and warm. 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. But we rented a car and visited different beaches of Protaras.

Incredible villa! Everything was just as the pictures and description, or even better. Host was very quick and helpful in there responses and very friendly as well. The place is located near the water and very close to restaurants and pubs and it was easy to catch a taxi if we needed. The only downside was that the neighbours did some renovating which resulted in us waking up with 3 or 4 strangers in our garden trying to paint there house.

Superb atypical villa! Intimist and very well equipped! Well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning throughout the villa The pool is great with outdoor shower and shaded terrace. The accommodation is in a good location, the entrance to the accommodation is simple. We enjoyed our stay very much and especially the great communication with the host, really responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay. I would recommend this place with friends/family. We arrange this trip few months before and our family came from all over the world to enjoy this vacation. The villa as described very big and there many rooms and bathrooms. The pool is the center of the house and the private cabana is really a plus. You are close to a lot of places 5-10 minute walk and you can always take a taxi if you need to go to Ayia Napa. Overall great stay we all had a lot of fun and the place was as we expected. Thank you. Ps The fig , lemon trees are so amazing plus the tennis court that was a great addition.

I had an amazing time at this villa in Ayia Napa! The place is absolutely stunning and very well-designed. The view of the sea is breathtaking, the pool is perfect, and the highlight for me was definitely the rooftop jacuzzi – such a unique and relaxing experience. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Ayia Napa. Can't wait to come back!

Great accommodation, it was beyond our expectations. Own beach and wonderfully designed villa. I am a frequent Traveller, and this accommodation ranks the top of my stays. Host is very friendly and always available. Reality even more impressive than description, really. We hope to repeat the experience soon.

Beautiful spacious villa in a perfect location with stunning sea views. We had a fabulous family holiday here with 11 people and we all want to return next year as we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Host Agni was also very helpful.

We had an amazing time at Anemelie. It was a 3 generation family vacation and the house was perfect. Panayiota was a great host, very helpful. The house is well maintained and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. We will definitely be back!

Really nice villa away from the hustle and bustle but within good driving distance of restaurants and beaches around the Ayia Napa area. Highly recommend staying here, the overall villa is well set up and has a large pool, sauna and steam room which makes the stay very comfortable. Vasos throughout and leading up to check in was very helpful and provided lots of recommendations of places to go that suited our needs and wants.

Family of 12 (5m,1yr,3yr,15yrs - Adult). Extremely impressed with the service by Kyriakos(& team) easily contactable, answering/solving immediately. They provided baby items(monitors, gates, cots, steriliser etc)at no extra cost, arranging for pool to be heated for the babies. The villa was very modern/spotless with all amenities listed-something for all ages. The hot tub was my favourite, especially at sunset! The kids made use of the games room and pool table and there was plenty of sun beds around the pool/on the roof when the pool gets a little shaded. The kitchen was full of utensils, an air fryer, microwave,easy to use oven. Location is perfect, less than 5 min walk to mini supermarket/main strip, the beach a couple of minutes further. You are close to everything yet far enough away that it feels very peace. Check in/check out were easy with Kyriakos providing alternate accommodation until our late flight home. Highly recommended, can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you ☺️

Euri is an exellent host. I stayed in Villa Di Gio with 4 of my friends and we had the best time ever. Euri was very quick to respond and help us when we needed it! I would 100% recommend staying there, you won’t regret it! The house is nice and spacious. The area gives you the best of both worlds - party, good food, beautiful beaches and even some peace and quiet if you plan to go there with family! For the first time in our life we were REALLY sad to leave which I Think speaks for itself:)

A very beautiful house, we definitely recommend it. There's plenty of space, and the outdoor shower is a great idea to avoid bringing sand inside. The pool is illuminated, making it pleasant to swim after dark. The built-in grill is perfect for an evening dinner. It's a very peaceful place, not far from Nissi Beach, just 8-10 minutes by car. It's also very close to the highway. Highly recommended!

A private villa, in a quiet area of the busy town of Aya Napa that has every amenity needed. Check in was easy and flexible. The accommodation had everything we needed - like home from home! The location was great for walking into the centre for restaurants but quiet and peaceful enough to chill. Only a 5minute walk to the beach. The kitchen had sufficient facilities and was well appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Didn’t need the ac as it was still cool. The pool area was large and spacious. Great time for all the family. Thank you.

We had a fabulous, family stay in this villa. The villa is in a peaceful neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches and promenade. The pool and outside area is well equipped and it was lovely to sit and relax in the sunshine. The villa is well maintained and looks like the photos. Would highly recommend

We have had a wonderful stay at Rustic Paradise Villa. The hosts were helpful and thoughtful. They organised a lovely gift for our arrival and even came to meet our Taxi driver at night to show him the way when he was a bit lost. They checked in on us throughout and also gave us space to enjoy our stay. The villa is beautiful and our children really loved the pool! It is a short walk from restaurants and beaches and we enjoyed getting out and about as well as staying in. As they had no guests the next day they even allowed us a late checkout which was so helpful due to our late flight. We have had a fantastic stay and would love to return one day. 😊

Fabulous Villa, exactly as described. Load of space, and had everything we needed. A short walk to the centre and some superb beaches nearby. George was a great host and many thanks for the nice surprise in the fridge.

Great villa with good size swimming pool. Good location as there are lots of shops and fantastic restaurants in a walking distance from the villa. Very close to the beach. Only 40 minutes drive from the airport. George was very responsive and helpful.
