Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Noci

We had an amazing stay in Stella’s house which is placed in the middle of Puglia between beautiful olive trees. The interior is so tasteful and perfect for design lovers. The outdoor kitchen was the hit, we enjoyed so much cooking outside. In the equipment we could find everything we need and much more. Thanks for creating such a beautiful jewel!

Massimo was very helpful with helping to find parking and giving a great tour of the house. The space itself is large espescially the top floor bedroom. The lower level ceilings are a bit shorter so would recommend for someone 5’9” and below. This is normal for the area and the homes follow this traditional layout. Few minutes walk to the grocery store and parking can be found on the street which helps avoid driving through the historic zone.

thank you to Cosimo and Réjane for their great welcome, kindness and availability. Réjane speaks French very well, so the contact was very easy. We had a great time in this beautiful region. The accommodation is very well located for visiting the region, many tourist sites are less than an hour away. The trulli annina is very exotic and pleasant to recharge between visits.

Look no further!!!!If we could give this place 10 stars, we would, easily. You will leave with only the thought of “when can I return”. This is truly the best Airbnb experience we ever had. Staying in Martino’s home was like visiting family you haven’t seen for a long time. Martino makes you feel so at home with his warmth, his generosity, his beyond delicious cooking with ingredients either from his farm or friends farms nearby. His knowledge of the area is priceless and besides visiting the more well known towns (all very close by)he also suggested places we never knew existed that were equally beautiful and interesting. Having grown up in this beautifully restored trulli, he takes great pride in everything he does. The place  is immaculate and his attention to detail leaves nothing to be desired. Its better than the photos! There is also a beautiful private courtyard in the back to relax.     This was not just a vacation. It was an experience we will never forget!!!

We were so sad to leave. It was such a perfect place that it made it hard to want to leave to explore the region! It is a perfect base to explore local towns. Ostuni and Alberobello were stand outs for us although Monopoli had a lot of charm too. The house itself has everything you need, the master is separate from the other two generous bedrooms, each with own bathroom. The two other bedrooms are also separated by a door to the living area so everyone could truly have their peace and quiet when they needed a rest. Outdoor kitchen is a great touch and it’s equipped with everything you would need. It’s very quiet and just tranquil. Tatiana was quick and responding to any queries or issues. We highly recommend this place.

The trulli was an enchanting place for our week in Puglia. From the beginning, the communication was impeccable and even when we asked for a larger coffee pot, this wish was fulfilled. The place was very clean and equipped with everything you need! We felt very welcome and comfortable. From here you can easily reach everything worth seeing in the region by car in a short time. We are very satisfied and can recommend this place to any couple who want to have a nice time. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to the family and Mario.

Excellent location. Helpful and responsive host. Great views of the water. Comfortable bed and big kitchen. Quirky layout with lots of rooms. Bathrooms are small. We enjoyed our stay.

Super stay, very comfortable accommodation

Excellent communication and superb location, look no further - this is the place to stay in Polignano a Mare. Will definitily rebook without thinking twice. The terraces are great!

Very good experience!

Great place nearby the sea with plenty of balcony space and facilities. We stayed over the winter holidays so it was very quiet, and we know the area already it gets busier in summer. Check-in/out was very easy and we received all instructions.

I recommend 100% the accommodation offered by Erasmina. She is a welcoming and attentive host, Erasmina was available from start to finish of our stay. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The place is peaceful. I just advise not to drive there (Erasmina will give you all the necessary information). Don't hesitate, choose this place:)

We loved our stay in Puglia. The host was accomodating to our check in time as we were delayed in our travels. Upon arrival we were amazed to see the private courtyard in our air bnb as well as the communal rooftop for guests. The views were incredible. Our host also provided us with some fantastic recommendations on restaurants and place to go to. We will definitely be back!

What a pleasant stay at Marcello's. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by his lovely aunt, who is super kind and nice. We were even given snacks, water, and milk (for breakfast the following day). His home is fully equipped with everything you would need - a kitchen with all the seasonings for home cook meals, a washing machine to clean the clothes, and hot steaming water for relaxing showers. Also, there is a huge balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea from a distance! It is absolutely beautiful. Also, communication with Marcello could not be any more convenient! He is super responsive to your messages, talking about minutes! I highly recommend his place for your stay in Ostuni!

Nice and clean, good communication with host , good location , 15-20 min walk to train station

We had a great stay here, walkable distance to city centre and station, as well as for pickup for guided tours. Great apartment, quiet, beautiful building and area.

Piermario is a great host. He is friendly, proactive, responds to minor issues immediately and has a great spot. The main commercial and retail area is 10 minutes walking distance, 10 minute walk to the airport shuttle bus, 25 minute walk to the train station and 20 minutes to the historic part of Bari and the waterfront. The immediate street is a bit rough around the edges but we weren't concerned about our safety. Our host left us numerous recommendations, tips, directions, etc. Large grocery store 2 blocks away. Piermario left a large quantity of staples for us, far more than most Airbnbs. Great spot for a few days in Bari or an extended stay that includes numerous day trips to Monopoli, Brindisi, Alberobello and other cities. We highly recommend. Grazie Piermario!

Great location, responsive host

The apartment is as in the pictures. Super clean ! Easy and warm communication ! We would stay here any time!

Chantal and Anna were super attentive to our needs. Always with a very good vibe and willing to help us enjoy their great accommodation. The apartment is super practical, with all the necessary kitchen items, towels and good quality sheets. A 2nd outdoor bathroom and laundry room are available. The terrace with a wonderful view is very well equipped for relaxation, dining area. Parking area. The location is great for walking around Polignano at any time. We are 4 adults and it was a pleasure to stay at Laterza Terrazze

A wonderful place to stay in Monopoli. The apartment had everything one could need. The location was perfect to get to the water, shopping, restaurants and coffee/breakfast in the morning. Communication was excellent and quickly responsive to questions. Beautifully decorated and we loved the Molton Brown products!

Marco was an incredibly great host who always helped us very quickly. The garage arrangement was particularly great. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was a dream. Noise sensitive people should take earplugs to sleep, but that is a problem of Bari and not of the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely lovely stay. Highly recommended and the location was perfection!
