This place was absolutely Amazing , the Host communicated very well if had any questions , the place was Amazing lol had to say that again 😊and highly recommend and very clean I will be rebooking soon thanks again enjoyed the stay

What a wonderful stay we had as a family of 8! Although it rained all weekend, the kiddos and adults enjoyed the provided games, darts and pool table. The owners heated the pool for our stay! The kids loved it. The home is also located an out 15 minutes from the outlets and Top Golf, since it was rainy. We brought our dogs, and they loved running up and down the property. We even saw some deer cross through the fences! Besides the woodpecker waking me up Sunday morning, our stay was amazing. Thank you.

We came for my birthday weekend and it was a great environment. We got to enjoy the back yard and the sun.

The place was awesome very spacious and accommodating. I could not have found a better host as Mr. Edwards. As a traveler, I feel it’s important to be able to communicate with the host and get back quick responses. Allowing my family and I to get together for the holidays was very rewarding. Thank you 🙃

The place was beautiful and relaxing

Our family rented the Fountain of Young over Thanksgiving as a central location to gather 3 generations together. It's ideal for families; there are enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, yet many spaces to gather together. The media room with the projector screen was a huge hit, as was the heated outdoor pool (a perk when most rentals close up their pools once summer is over). We enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pits; the private beach and kayaks looked inviting for those renting in warmer weather. There are beautiful views of the lake from many spots along the rear of the house. Lastly I must comment on the kitchen - I have never rented an Air bnb with a better equipped kitchen! Any kitchen gadget you could possibly need is on site. For all the dishes, glasses, bakeware, etc., everything was so clean - they have an awesome cleaning crew. Also love that this rental is green they have detailed recycling instructions.

Perfect home for large family in charlotte We stayed for christmas week and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean snd easily accessible, close to everything we needed to do in charlotte. The rooms were cozy and beds were super comfortable. Pots and plates/cups to serve and make food with. We did not use the patio area but there was a fire pit available ready to go. Washer/dryer avaliable as well. You can connect the tv to your netflix/prime/YouTube accounts, very convenient. The master room is very spacious with extra wide shower and soaking tub. All in all the house was just what we needed for a little getaway. Candace was very responsive to our questions and available when needed. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place it was perfect!

The hosts are friendly and responds promptly with any queries. The location is close to Uptown Charlotte, the airport , convention center and other t popular places. Overall a great choice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlotte! We felt right at home. The place was cozy and comfortable. We were able to walk to various restaurants and were close to downtown as well. The location was convenient and safe. We will be back to Charlotte. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location was perfect! Neighborhood was nice and calm. The house is very spacious, clean and all around beautiful! Our stayed was short but the house was exactly what we needed. We will definitely book again our next Charlotte trip!

Great stay and great place. Simple, easy and convenient!! If you are going to the Bojangles Coliseum (10 minute walk) you won’t find a better place to stay!! The neighborhood was super convenient to pretty much anything you might need, and it was literally a stones throw from highway 74 (but you’d never know it). Tara was responsive and everything about the place was exactly as described.

Dean’s home was quite elegant from inside and outside. The view of the lake homes across was spectacular. The location in of itself was quite peaceful and away from the every day life. A wonderful stocked kitchen for us to use when cooking our meals when not going out. Thank you for opening your home to us and allowing Ted into your home, Dean. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This home is breathtaking! There was plenty of space and amenities were jay right! The neighborhood was beautiful and this home was in a great central location for what we had planned! Would definitely recommend!

Gary's place was perfect for our stay. We were getting together for a Christmas celebration with family and needed room for 4 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of parking space, cozy bedrooms and comfy beds, sheets and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a chilly Christmas Eve, but we were warm and cozy in our airbnb. Gary is an attentive host and called me right back (on Christmas Eve! ) when we experienced a problem. With his help, we were able to resolve the problem quickly. Oh, and there were chocolates waiting for us when we arrived! A nice touch.

Visiting nearby family for the holiday and David’s place was the perfect choice for our family. Spacious, clean and will accommodate whatever TV shows you might be binging or sports you just can’t miss. Wish the weather was nicer to test out the pool. It surely looked inviting. Close to the beltway and 77, grocery stores and restaurants when needed. Would definitely recommend and come back again. David was a very responsive host!

We initially had concerns about the steps up into the home, and the stairs inside the home. We have an elderly dog, and we have carpeted steps at home. Our fears were put to rest by determining that we could walk around the side of the house and let her in via the backdoor, that was easier for her and gave her another sniff in the backyard. She finally adapted to being there alone and safe when we went out by staying downstairs on her bed and having a bowl of water nearby. Also, Richard went the extra mile and bought a dog gate to put across the hallway upstairs if we needed it. Really thoughtful and kind gesture! The house was lovely and relaxing.
