Exceptional location! We loved this big weekend with the family! The house is atypical, it's very exotic, the decoration is superb. It is super well equipped very convenient with a family! The beach is awesome with its little pebbles! Everything was perfect!

A fantastic place, absolutely enchanting terrace with lots of high quality seating. Even over New Year's Eve, we were able to enjoy our lunch outside. Also worth mentioning are the extremely comfortable beds, a rarity in Italy.

We had a great time, the terrace is magnificent and the area is quiet. The owner also gave us great directions to the clubs in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It was great location in a very safe area. Happy to be a lone female and stay there. Easy access to local bus routes. But 30 -40 minutes walk into the city. Antonio gave us good recommendations for local spots to eat and shop. They were very helpful with flexible check in and out. The apartment has everything to make your stay a home from home experience. I would highly recommend a stay here.

My husband, our 12 year old son and I had great 12 days at this property and the surrounding area. It completely corresponds to Giulia's description. The associated parking space in an underground garage is a 5-minute walk away and was very generous to park. The location of the accommodation (very quiet yet central) was excellent for the many excursions along the coast and into the hinterland. We were able to park our bikes comfortably in the garden, which contains very nice lemon trees, a ping-pong table and chairs as well as a table to linger. The surrounding area has many caffes and restaurants. Our son has to eat gluten-free and we found right one street away an excellent pizzeria (My Dream) making an excellent gluten-free pizza. We can definitely recommend this place.

We had a great week in this beautiful villa! Beautiful pool, super nice green areas, very nicely furnished house in the style modern-luxury. Perfect location, 10 min. Into the city. We'll be back. 😍

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

Very nice place, suitable for families, we spent a lot of time in the outdoor seating areas / garden which had great views, and in the pool. The place was clean with good amount of space to spread out in, kitchen had plenty of cookware and cutlery, and the beds were comfy. The location is awesome in terms of distance to town and has a couple of churches nearby to explore as well as play parks for kids. Be prepared however for a legendary climb up the mountain if you are walking back from town, and a bit of a tight squeeze to get to the garage (which is generally typical of most Sanremo). Will definitely come back

Superb location with stunning views of the sea. Enrico is a great host, extremely helpful, friendly, always available and quick to respond. Whenever we needed he would deliver bread and croissants for breakfast. We had a fantastic holiday walking and enjoying the beautiful hills, and terraces of the Ligurian coast.

I state beforehand that we do not love the sea, but we had a great time, a quiet place surrounded by nature and relaxing to the fullest. Vittorio and Rita are exceptional, super hospitality and treatment. Highly recommended

We as a family of 4 with two small children and the grandparents stayed at Villa Orizzonte for a week - the house was perfect for us. We had enough space and space. The house was clean and everything we needed was available on site. The view was beautiful! The host Alessandra was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips. We had an emergency with our little son and she helped us a lot and even accompanied us to the hospital - dear Alessandra we thank you for your help as well as kindness!

The whole family really enjoyed Roberta and Marco's place. It's very comfortable, quiet and beautiful. The view is not only spectacular but also soothing. We had a restful few days and thank our hosts for their warm hosting. If ever we will return to this charming seaside resort which is Alassio we hope to stay with Roberta and Marco again who manage everything with great attention and love.

Very nice house, surrounded by greenery. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Diego has always been punctual and accurate in his communications and available for any type of info. Simply put, everything is perfect!

It's a nice place on a busy coast but here really quiet. A bit of a walk to the beach. Back uphill. Parking is a bit difficult by car, but that gets used to. Very helpful host. Also the mother of the host is very helpful. They'll be here to help. Received fresh eggs from their hens daily. They provide quick answers to questions and give good tips about the area, travel to Genoa etc. Beautiful house, spacious and nice terrace. Peace and view of the green surroundings. Cervo is a beautiful place. I would go there again in a minute. Only point of criticism: the coastal region is very busy and cozy, but really a problem to park your car somewhere. So we mainly stayed in the immediate area of the town. Within walking distance. Tip: rent scooter And choose public transport ( to Genoa)

Great location, very great view, completely escape-proof fenced garden. You'll get exactly what the pictures show. The historic hiking trail leads along the house and our dog had many people to welcome on weekends. Kitchen fully equipped, all very clean. NO Wi-Fi, but it is also in the advertisement! Great place, functional, very clean and very well equipped! The decoration is original, the terrace is very pleasant. It feels like you're on vacation right away! The accommodation is very quiet and the parking space is a real plus. Federico is a very responsive and friendly host. We had a great stay, and would definitely recommend this place!

The stars of the show at this house are the beautiful garden, the parking and the fact that this is in the town centre with restaurants, market and shopping 15/20 minutes walk away.

We felt very comfortable! The apartment is located right in the village square and in the middle of Italian life. This also includes the ringing of the early morning church bells and playing the children on the square. The apartment is very stylish, the kitchen practical. One sleeping area is open, the other is separated with an door. As described, there is no WiFi in the apartment and otherwise it is difficult to get a stable internet connection behind the thick walls. But that didn't change that we had a very nice week. Grazie!!
